Ein herausragendes Hotel in bester Lage
Pros:

Das Waldhotel ist trotz diverser Umbauten ein Schmuckstück der Moderne. Schon Katia Mann hat sich im ehemaligen Sanatorium aufgehalten, besucht von Thomas Mann. Heute präsentiert es sich als ein herausragendes Hotel mit sehr gutem Service, schön renovierten Zimmern und einem ruhigen, hochwertigen Spa. Die Rezeption ist hilfsbereit, der Barkeeper charmant. Das Frühstück erscheint hochwertig. Die Lage ist einzigartig, oben am Hang und am Wald, mit Blick in die Berge und das Haupttal.

Cons:

Man könnte höchstens auf ganz hohem Niveau jammern, etwa dass man nach der Hafermilch fragen muss. Da diese aber gleich gebracht wird, ist nichts zu beanstanden. Obwohl der Kaffee nicht unbedingt aus Vollautomaten stammen müsste, wobei auch hier die Qualität gut ist.

Wir haben den Kurzurlaub sehr genossen
Pros:

Sehr schönes Deluxe-Zimmer mit sehr grossem Balkon
wir haben sogar ein Upgrade erhalten
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber bloss mit Auto oder zu Fuss erreichbar
Gratis-Bus ist aber ca in 5 Min. erreichbar.

Cons:

Nebst den vielen Annehmlichkeiten vermissten wir bloss eine Mini-Bar (Kühlschrank) auf dem Zimmer
