Belle découverte dans le centre ancien de Nancy, hôtel de charme très bien tenu avec personnel fort sympathique.
Pros:

Bâtiment classé avec beaucoup de cachet. Petit déjeuner servi a table exceptionnel avec produits extra frais et délicieux. (Merci à Sophie pour sa gentillesse, son savoir faire et son professionnalisme). Chambre très propre bien décorée et confortable.

Cons:

La rue est devenue zone piétonne, c’est un peu compliqué pour circuler dans le quartier; on sonne à l’interphone pour que les agents de la commune de Nancy nous ouvrent la rue en baissant les plots mais pas de réponse…

A wonderful hotel with awesome staff!
Pros:

Wonderful historic property in a good location close to town centre.Comfortable room and facilities.But the best thing about this hotel is the wonderful staff!I don't think I've stayed anywhere where the staff have gone above and beyond to make sure everything was great.Congratulations to Aimee and Sophie,you are great!The parking was eased by Aimee and Sophie who came with us to make sure we found it.A gem of a hotel in an old palace,it's wonderful.

Pros:

De locatie is super. Midden in het centrum. De ontvangst door Aimée, een Amerikaanse dame was zeer gastvrij en aangenaam. Het ontbijt en het uitchecken, verzorgd door een Chinese dame Sophie was ook meer dan prettig. Dames, onze oprechte complimenten . Tot de volgende keer. Eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft
Pros:

Das historische Gebäude aus dem 16.Jahrhundert ist etwas Besonderes. Ein romantisches Haus.
Bad und Toilette sind zwar klein, aber hübsch renoviert. Die zentrale Lage ist sehr von Vorteil.
Sehr umfangreich und schmackhaft war das Frühstück.

Das Bett war zwar etwas klein, jedoch sehr komfortabel.

Great to walk by and take a picture but does not live up to its marketing.
Pros:

We had a suite that was very poorly decorated and equipped. This once grand hotel is in need of full renovation. There is nothing high end or luxe about it outside of its history and structure.

Cons:

It feels like they’ve give up.
