Great to walk by and take a picture but does not live up to its marketing.
Pros:

We had a suite that was very poorly decorated and equipped. This once grand hotel is in need of full renovation. There is nothing high end or luxe about it outside of its history and structure.

Cons:

It feels like they’ve give up.

Sprookjesachtig kasteel in hartje centrum van het prachtige Nancy

Een prachtig kasteel, met perfecte schone ruime kamers! Op loopafstand van alle winkels, pleinen en restaurants en bars!
Ook de twee receptionisten die we hebben ontmoet, waren heel lief!

静かな歴史ある建造物での宿泊、心に残りました
Pros:

建物が素晴らしく、お屋敷に滞在しているかのようでした。朝食もおいしかったし素敵でした。
ナンシーの街そのものが大きくなく、観光地のすぐ近くでアクセスも程よい。

Une escapade haut de gamme à Nancy
Pros:

- le cachet de l'ancien
- la douche et la baignoire
- le personnel malgré quelques maladresses mais qui ont permis de détendre l'atmosphère et de passer un bon moment
- le petit déjeuner, les crêpes étaient très bonnes
- la machine à café dans la chambre

Cons:

- lors du départ aucun personnel à l'accueil ce qui m'a contraint d'aller chercher mon sac laissé en consigne tout seul.
- la télévision en panne

Charmant hotel in centrum Nancy
Pros:

De centrale ligging en het zeer betrokken personeel. Hotel zit een prachtig oud en charmant stadspaleis.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets, maar de privé parking was niet heel dichtbij het hotel
