Tempi biblici alla reception, sempre assenti. Aria condizionata rotta, scarico water non funzionante, ma la cosa dispiacevole che invece di accertare e risolvere , la dipendente ha messo in dubbio la veridicità di quanto rappresentato. Da lì nasceva una discussione dispiacevole che il.titolare ( gentilissimo) ha cercato di risolvere.. Morale della favola storno della.somma e lasciati allo sbaraglio senza un.alloggio.. Trovato al TAG Hotel, superlativo come sempre, a minor prezzo

Potrebbe essere molto meglio con piccole accortezze!.

Bellissima posizione con un panorama delle vallate marchigiane, abbiamo cenato in terrazza, molto bello, cibo buono!.

Cons:

Il problema è stato il caldo, quando ho acceso il condizionatore, ho notato che usciva poca aria, quindi ho aperto il Daikin ed ho visto i filtri completamente ricoperti da polvere!. Gli ho lavati, asciugati e rimessi ma andrebbero smontati e sanificati altrimenti si rischia di ammalarsi, specialmente se (come nel caso di mia madre di 78 anni) il cliente soffre di problemi respiratori!.

Bei den heißen Temperaturen war die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer nicht ausreichend, wir haben schlecht geschlafen.
Am zweiten Abend war das hauseigene Restaurant plötzlich geschlossen. Schade, denn das Essen am ersten Abend war phantastisch.

The view takes all the prizes at this hilltop location, closely followed by the fresh air, the calm and the darkness .... The welcome from the staff was warm and very genuine.

The conversion of these buildings did not happen yesterday and so, though perfectly functional, the ensemble inside and out might seem a little dated and down-at-heel. On our visit, the router providing internet access in the room had ceased to function. and there was no particular urgency regarding a repair...
... which gave us all the more time away from our screens to enjoy the view.

Dont book before June!
Pros:

Beautiful setting placed on top of a hill overlooking countryside.
Owner was very friendly and helpful & plenty of parking

Cons:

Everything was closed, No restaurant, No pool, No bar, No other people it was empty.besides workmen doing renovation work
Room too was Very sparse, tiny old TV, a silly little one cup kettle, no water, snacks ..just the view!

All facilities were closed prior to their real season starting in May/ June ! This was Not stated by Booking.com or visible in any terms!
