Dont book before June!
Pros:

Beautiful setting placed on top of a hill overlooking countryside.
Owner was very friendly and helpful & plenty of parking

Cons:

Everything was closed, No restaurant, No pool, No bar, No other people it was empty.besides workmen doing renovation work
Room too was Very sparse, tiny old TV, a silly little one cup kettle, no water, snacks ..just the view!

All facilities were closed prior to their real season starting in May/ June ! This was Not stated by Booking.com or visible in any terms!

Colazione molto povera, camera poco pulita (in doccia c’erano ancora i mono dose dei precedenti ospiti) e mancavano i nostri monodose (quando li ho chiesti li ho avuti dopo 30 minuti e mi hanno portato due bustine di shampoo… peccato abbia pagato per una tripla!)

Posizione ottima, si gode di un panorama fantastico a 360 gradi. Il silenzio è assoluto e ha garantito il relax che cercavo. Comoda per raggiungere borghi e località dei dintorni. Colazione varia anche se avrei preferito più scelta nei croissant. Il ristorante è di altissima qualità.

Da Albergatore ad Albergatore

Il Borgo di Bargni e un luogo incantevole e Casa Oliva rappresenta una realtà di Albergo Diffuso degno di attenzione che consigliamo vivamente.
Ma fare ospitalità è un impegno, e soprattutto un dovere per chi sceglie di fare questo mestiere.
Non basta solo essere gentili, cortesi e ospitali, l’attenzioni ai dettagli, le giuste informazioni sui servizi e sul territorio, il controllo e la manutenzione delle camere e dei bagni, e l’attenzione all’ospite devono essere una costante.
Consiglio ai gestori di vivere a giro tutte le camere e gli appartamenti, mettendosi nei panni del proprio ospite, perché solo così si notano quei dettagli che fanno la differenza tra vendere camere e fare ospitalità.
Io e mia moglie ritorneremo sicuramente, perché la nostra vacanza era all’insegna di un luogo che ci facesse staccare dalla routine quotidiana e dal caos e il Borgo di Bargni dove vivono tutto l’anno 3 famiglie (8 persone) e i gestori di Casa Oliva, è stata una SCELTA PERFETTA.
Grazie per averci dato la possibilità di vivere queste esperienza che porteremo dietro, anche grazie alle famiglie e gli anziani del Borgo che abbiamo conosciuto e con cui ci siamo intrattenuti.
Un saluto e a presto, anche al gallo che alle 5:30 del mattino ci faceva la sveglia.
