Sehr gute Lage.

Cons:

Wir waren das 3. Mal dort. Bisher sehr sauber. Diesmal wurden die Blumenkübel von oben gegossen. Balkon dann sehr schmutzig. Ich fände es gut, wenn dem Personal im Frühstücksraum Händedesinfektion zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Jemand vom Personal streichelte den Hund der freudig rumschleckte und ging dann direkt an die Lebensmittel vom Frühstück.

Quelques tâches de moustiques écrasés sur le mur.

Cons:

Bel emplacement, chambre confortable et lit très confortable. Chambre spacieuse et décorée avec goût. L'ensemble de l'hôtel est très bien entretenu, propre et bien climatisé.
Le rooftop avec jaccuzi est très bien avec belle vue sur le lac et la ville.
Super petit déjeuner.
Situé à 5 min a pied de la plage et du centre ville.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Rechts zum Baden ,links in die Stadt und zum Bootsanleger ...viel Bewegung und trotzdem ist es ruhig...Penny ist auch gleich da ,alles ist in verschiedene Richtungen in 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen...

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would especially like to mention Michael, who was very kind, attentive, and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Overall, only the staff were one of the positive aspects of my stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were several serious issues with the cleanliness and condition of the room during my stay.

The room was not properly cleaned. There was dust everywhere, including on various surfaces and even on top of the telephone. There were also spiders in the corners of the ceiling, as well as other insects, including ticks, which I documented with photos.

I reported these issues to the hotel management. The manager personally came to inspect the room and saw the condition for herself. She also agreed that the room had not been properly cleaned and, following her inspection, decided to provide me with a partial refund.

Unfortunately, even after my complaints, there was still visible dust and dirt around the bed, including on the sides and underneath it.

The air conditioning was also very poor and did not cool the room properly. A fan had already been placed in the room, which made me wonder whether the hotel was already aware of the problem.

Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance of the room were clearly below the standard I would expect, especially considering the price paid.

Das Zimmer und das Bad waren modern und sauber. Die Lage top vom Bahnhof zu erreichen und angenehm ruhig. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut mit vielen leckeren selbstgemachten Kuchen. Ein Abend im Whirlpool auf dem Dach - mit Aperol in der Hand und Blick auf den See runden herrliche Urlaubstage perfekt ab.

Cons:

Der Balkon könnte mal wieder gefegt werden. Ich hatte danach schwarze Füße- aber eigentlich ist er auch super.

Brilliant location with fantastic views.
Pros:

This is a fantastic hotel with friendly, welcoming staff. It is has a lovely guest garden and roof terrace for relaxing drinks and snacks. The rooms were spacious and had a fantastic view from the window and balcony. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and the hotel has such a nice feel to it that you can’t fail to relax and enjoy the local area.

Meravigliosa!
Pros:

What a wonderful gem to have discovered! Stayed here for 8 days and highly recommend it. Location is perfect - along the canal with a view of the lake. It’s also only a 15 minute walk to the station which is on the main line connecting Milan , Verona (15 mins away) and Venice (1 hour away). All good for easy day trips. And Peschiera is ideally located for exploring the lake as well with several ferry and buses to choose from.

Staff are warm, friendly and welcoming. In fact, every person working here does so with a smile and there’s a genuine sense of community. The room we had was very clean, quiet, large and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the canal and lake.

Excellent value for money with breakfast included. We will definitely be recommending this lovely family run hotel to anyone visiting Lake Garda.

Wonderful hotel in a great spot.
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Great location, has parking in front, wonderful staff, clean, tasty breakfast - zero remarks! The room was also really nice as well as the view from the balcony! The shower is comfortable and not cramped and the bathroom even has a bidet.
