Overall, not worth the high price.
Pros:

Arrived to elevator not working, so had to drag heavy suitcase up 3 flights of stairs with arthriticankles (has failed twice since). Air conditioning not working either so slept in a sauna! Still not working in morning so went out. Came back and all fixed. Except not in my room. Was told it was my fault for touching the control panel. Paid a lot of money so complained - I was told to go to another hotel! VERY small room: can barely squeeze past end of bed to get to the other side where the mirror is. NO wardrobe or cupboards for clothes! A rail hanging over the fridge only. Pluses: a fridge, although completely full of stuff they want you to drink at hotel price (like everywhere these days to be fair - the Americans' influence ). No coffee machine though. Location is excellent. Breakfast is excellent. Staff varied: some friendly, some rude, one at front desk just ignored me completely when I asked for help. Heard many complaints about noise, which I guess is for rooms at front. Mine was at the back and I never heard a thing. Pool is a plunge pool on the roof, not a swimming pool but that's fine: what do you expect for middle of old town Malaga. Clean. New stuff in rooms. Overall, just way over priced for a very average hotel who use clever camera angles to make everything look bigger (doesn't everyone these days?) If it was a budget hotel I would have been happy, notwithstanding the elevator and air-conditioning issues, which must happen all the time but they keep quiet about it (and have not offered any kind of refund or apolgy).

Pros:

We have traveled to many places around the world, but we have rarely experienced such genuine kindness. The reception staff, as well as everyone else working at the hotel, were incredibly helpful and warm-hearted. Among all the wonderful things about our stay, I think this is what touched us the most.

Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile. La posizione è ottima per visitare il centro storico e il porto.

Cons:

Purtroppo non si possono tenere le finestre tanto aperte perché c’è spesso odore dai ristoranti in strada. L’unico piccolo problema che però non dipende dalla struttura.
