Terribly bad accommodation.
Pros:

Room they provided had a terribly wrong shower, which did not work for three days. I could not shower for three days in a 40 degree c tempertaure

During the first two days of our stay, one of the elevators was not working, and we spent at least 10 minutes waiting each time we needed to go up or down. The air conditioning in our room was also extremely loud. In addition, the toilet flush would not stop running, the room phone did not work, and our room was not cleaned, leaving us without fresh towels.

The hotel has very limited outdoor seating, but the available tables and chairs were frequently occupied by people who did not appear to be hotel guests and were smoking marijuana. This made the outdoor area uncomfortable and unpleasant for guests.

I was also disappointed by the lack of professionalism from some members of the staff. At the restaurant, one staff member spent much of the time on her phone and only seemed to put it down when guests specifically asked for assistance, such as requesting more milk. A similar situation occurred at the reception desk, where the staff member was on her cellphone while assisting guests.

Finally, we found a used chopstick in our room that did not belong to any of us, which raised concerns about the thoroughness of the housekeeping service.

Overall, there were several issues during our stay that significantly affected our experience. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves its maintenance, housekeeping, cleanliness, and staff professionalism.

The room did the job, however not the most comfortable.

Pros:

The facility was good / comfortable inclusive other aminities like gym. Very good breakfast. Cooperative staff.

Cons:

The hotel was good but it was terrible finding the facility did not include any parking facility for the visisting guests, whic is terrible situation for the guests arriving tired from out side US and finding the parking for its vehicle.

It was in a good location and the staff was great!
Pros:

How friendly the front desk was! When we asked questions or information they always were willing to help!

Cons:

We stayed on the 11th floor and after the first day stay our dirty towels were taken and not replaced with clean ones. Finally on the 3rd day we had new towels.

המיקום מצוין, החדר נוח ואף כי לא מרווח היה מספק.

Cons:

הכניסה למלון מאוד,לא נאה, ממש אתר בניה.
הלובי כל הזמן היה בשיפוצים. הריהוט בו ידע ימים הרבה יותר טובים.
והאתגר הכי גדול - זמן ההמתנה הארוך עד מאוד למעלית.
בערב הראשון חיכינו זמן רב לקבלת החדרים שהזמנו. . הגענו ב-17:00 וקיבלנו בשעה 17:40 את החדר הראשון, השני התקבל רק בשעה 18:00

Everything was very nice. Room odor was a big minus.
Pros:

Location, was great. All the staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was nice.

Cons:

There was a bad odor in the room that did not go away during our stay, even though we left the window open. The bed matrices tilted on the edges.
