Excelente ubicación
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. La habitación es confortable, remodelada. La atención del personal es excelente, muy amable.

Cons:

El lobby es muy antiguo , sin climatización . El tapizado de las sillas del comedor está muy deteriorado.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – wir haben uns wirklich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Frühstück war überraschend vielfältig und sehr lecker, wir waren begeistert. Das Hotel war sauber, komfortabel und die Lage für New York einfach hervorragend: sehr zentral und ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen

La localització en ple centre.
La possibilitat d' esmortzar o pendre un cafè/ tè a qualsevol hora de forma gratuïta.
L' amabilitat del personal

Cons:

La limpiesa de l' habitació era molt deficient.
L' estora del terra de l' habitació estava molt bruta i plena de pels, i la limpiesa del bany era molt deficient. Cada dia teníem que reclamar algunes tovalloles netes. Potser tenien un problema puntual amb el personal de limpiesa però, per la meva opinió, no era acceptable.

Una semana estupenda
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. Está muy céntrico. El hecho de tener el desayuno incluido es genial, porque resulta muy práctico. Y hay que destacar que desde nuestra habitación veíamos el Empire State. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Cons: a little dated and could use some update. Phone in our room has no dial tone. Has to go town in person to talk with front desk. The toilet has a slow leak. Fortunately we packed earn plugs.
