Enjoyed it, second year in a row I used the hotel for my Wife's time at Red Earth festival.
Pros:

The front desk employee who was an Asian gentleman helped me out with a key issue and was very friendly. We had a couple of funny conversations at checkout as well. Very personable.

Cons:

Saturday night they had a rather noisy crowd in the lobby area, but it was taken care of.
