Firstly thank you Sajan for warmly go beyond expectation with all our needs whilst in Bangkok.On arrival you excellent service alone cemented our view that the stay would be amazing,to the extent that we tried to move our flight to South Africa back. A special thanks to you.
Moving to the hotel,the rooms were modern, chic and clean,perfect, the pool area was clean and well maintained and the location was superb,this hotel will always be our first choice for a layover in Doha.
The hotel experience couple with the love for Doha made the perfect stay.

Aunque no domino el Ínglés ellos se esforzaban por ayudarnos y entendernos.
La cama muy cómoda.
Desayuno y cena iba incluido en el precio que contrate con booking, ni en booking ni cuando hice la recepción en el hotel me comentaron que hubiera un límite de gasto.
La cena era a la carta, nos indican el grupo de platos que entrarían en nuestra cena, hasta ahí bien, varios primeros, varios segundos y una bebida, la verdad muy bien.
Pedimos unas ensaladas y macarrones.
Cuando pedimos el postre el metre (según le dijeron en recepción) nos comenta que habíamos contratado un pack de cena de 60 Qar ( moneda qatarí) unos 15 € mas menos.., que habíamos superado ese importe y que el postre lo tendríamos que pagar. Lo pagamos sin ningún inconveniente.
Mandé un mensaje a booking para el hotel, nadie contestó.
Estuvimos 4 noches, en todas las cenas superabamos ese importe y no pagamos nada más.
Cuando nos íbamos pregunte en recepción se debía de pagar algo, me dijeron que tenía desayuno y cena contratados y que no tenía que pagar nada.
¿ Alguien quiso engañarme?

My stay at Four Points Sheraton was amazing! The housekeeping staff were excellent and truly contributed to making our stay enjoyable.
Althea was always friendly, professional, and attentive. She made sure our room was clean and tidy each day, whether we were returning from an outing or needed service at a convenient time. Her attention to detail and warm attitude were greatly appreciated.
Samuel was friendly and welcoming from the day we checked in. He was consistently helpful, courteous, and professional throughout our stay, always making us feel comfortable and well taken care of.
Thank you to the entire team ,front desk ,the house keeping team, security team, the restaurant team, PH staff for your outstanding service and for making our stay so pleasant and comfortable. Your hard work, kindness, and hospitality were truly appreciated. We look forward to staying with you again!

During this trip, I unfortunately encountered some people and situations that made me feel very uncomfortable and, at one point, even unsafe. I want to emphasize that this was absolutely not related to the hotel or its staff.
What made a real difference to me was the way the team at Four Points by Sheraton Doha responded. Their patience in listening to me, their understanding and non-judgmental attitude, and the professional way they handled the situation and followed through on their promises gave me a genuine sense of reassurance and safety at a time when I really needed it.
I would especially like to express my sincere thanks to the lobby staff and the manager who helped me that day. Unfortunately, I did not get the chance to remember their names, but I truly hope they know how much their kindness and professionalism meant to me.
Thank you for making me feel safe and cared for when I was having a difficult moment. If I have the opportunity to return to Qatar, I would be very happy to stay at Four Points by Sheraton Doha again — and hopefully have the chance to meet those wonderful people once more.
