Ugodan boravak u hotelu visokog standarda, gdje vlada profesionalizam i ljubaznost prema gostu.
Pros:

Doručak je bio raznovrstan i lijepo serviran. Voće svježe, peciva svježa i kava se može naručiti iz hotelskog bara. Osoblje za vrijeme doručka izuzetno ljubazno, atmosfera ugodna i čistoća na visokoj ljestvici. Sve je za pohvalu!

Alles super - Restaurant für Einzelreisende leider nicht geöffnet

Hotel war super - Tiefgarage bei der großen Hitze ein großes Plus

Cons:

Bei früheren Aufenthalten kontte man als Einzelreisende auch im Restaurant á lá Carte essen. Dies war den Bus-Reisenden vorbehalten.

We enjoyed our stay. A nice hotel.
Pros:

The hotel was good and the staff very helpful. The breakfasts are excellent and the lounge area very good.

The lifts are very good and the disability show was very good. However, the walk in shower whilst good for disability unfortunately you have the wrong tiles on the floor as they are not non-slip. I had to put a towel down to use the shower to avoid falling.

Cons:

The rooms need to be cleaned daily, especially in the summer months with towels replaced as we tended to shower twice a day.

It was very awful that a young woman committed suicide on our first day which was upsetting. No member of staff checked out if we were okay, especially as the woman's body was outside the hotel for a number of hours.

We organised to have a breakfast box on the final day, which was poor quality. More attention needs to be given to ensuring that a fresh roll is provided which has been buttered and with a cheese which is ample for the roll size. It was not nice food at all, especially given how nice the breakfasts are at the hotel.

The TV system needs updating as there is no English speaking channels and the TV in our room has a fault in the audio broadcast.

Soba prostrana, krevet udoban. Ponuda sadržaja u welnessu odlična. Doručak prva liga. Sve izuzetno uredno i čisto. Definitivno odlična vrijednost za novac.
