Melhor hotel de Montevideo. O atendente da recepção foi de uma atenção e gentileza ímpar. Nos deu um upgrade sem custo, amamos nosso quarto.

Cons:

Senti falta do serviço dos mensageiros. Eles são o nosso primeiro contato com o hotel, então ser recebido com gentileza e prestatividade faz diferente.

Pros:

Café excelente. Kit banho de excelente qualidade, muito perfumado. Hotel muito limpo, cheiroso e lindo. Recepcionistas muito atenciosos e cordiais.

Cons:

Acho que seria legal deixar um kit de higiene pessoal (escova e pasta de dente).

WOW! 5-Star experience at its best.
Beautiful river location - stunning architecture - and a breakfast not to miss.
Another special feature is the location situated in Carrasco which itself is a charming embassy-zone part of Montevideo - super clean & safe/GREAT local restaurants and walking/shopping.

Hotel mit Geschichte
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt ganz Zentral und ist sehr schön ausgestattet. Wir konnten Jogging gehen vor der Tür über die Promenade. Der Frühstück war sehr lecker. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
