Unless we cannot book any place else in VUNG TAU, we will reconsider
Pros:

Right across the beach and easy access to the beach. Property located on the main strip of Vũng Tàu. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The water pressure is very weak. I was taking a shower and my wife was flushing the toilet, and the shower water hit cut off. The AC was not cold enough even though we cranked it down to 18°C. The doorman was not helpful until he is called by the front desk staff. Normally the doorman would greet us and help us with the luggage,. This doorman just stood there and looked at us until the front desk person asked him to help us.

Nếu quay lại Vũng tàu nhiều khả năng sẽ không thuê phòng ở Romeliess
Pros:

Nhân viên lễ tân nhiệt tình giải quyết các thắc mắc và yêu cầu của khách hàng. Hơn nữa tìm phòng khác để đổi cho khách khi phòng khách nhận máy lạnh hư. Nhân viên bảo trì cũng rất nhiệt tình chỉnh sửa máy lạnh.

Cons:

Tôi đi du lịch với đại gia đình của mình. Chúng tôi mướn 5 phòng đôi và 1 phòng 3 người. Phòng đôi thì máy lạnh hoạt động tốt. Phòng cho 3 người thì máy lạnh hoạt động kém, đã bật ở nhiệt độ 18, 19 độ mà vẫn không mát. Có phòng tủ lạnh xài được, có phòng tủ lạnh hư. Phòng thiếu cái này phòng thiếu cái kia. Đề nghị trước khi khách nhận phòng, khách sạn nên kiểm tra lại: máy lạnh, tủ lạnh, ly, muỗng, trà, giấy vệ sinh....

Pros:

Close to the beach. Friendly and professional staff.

Cons:

The bed and pillows were very firm and we could not sleep through the night. Had to wake up and reposition multiple times. The breakfast was not very good. We tried 3 different dishes before leaving and going to another restaurant.

Vị trí thuận tiện

Cons:

Phòng ốc khá dơ nhất là nhà vệ sinh vì gạch màu trắng cũ, dép mòn đi trong phòng mà bị trượt
Thức ăn chủ yếu bánh ngọt quá nhiều đồ ăn mặn ko phong phú như mấy chổ mình từng đi
