Because it was so handy to our family who live near by we were able to walk to them

Cons:

The floor was filthy I dropped water on the floor and wiped with a paper tissue and it was black ,so I brought some spray and wipe and cleaned the floor myself .Also I did not sit on the lounge suite as the covers on the sofa had dirty marks and spots all over them .
Also the plug in the bathroom was broken and you had to take it out to release the water.The front entrance door to the office was also dirty not reflecting a good first impression.
