Wonderful helpful staff and good facilities but extremely overpriced because it is a college town.
Pros:

Unfortunately not the best Hampton breakfast..substandard pastries and fruit.

Cons:

The breakfast, the lobby area( mostly set up for breakfast) not comfortable

How close it was to my son’s college

Cons:

The property was outdated. The rooms were filthy we had feces on the back of our bathroom door. We went to use the ice bucket and it had left over fluid from god knows when. Hallways smelled like cheap cologne
