I reported that the shower was not working immediately after I checked in. Even though Booking.com showed that there were still available rooms, I was told that changing rooms was not possible. Instead, I was promised that a technician would come at 6:00 AM. Nobody arrived, and only after I repeatedly insisted was the shower finally repaired around 11:00 AM, just one hour before the 12:00 PM check-out. The main reason I booked this hotel after a long drive was to take a shower and rest, so spending almost my entire stay without a working shower was extremely disappointing. I expected a much faster and more professional response from a Radisson Blu hotel.
