Pros:

Nothing in particular! It was just another random hotel, nothing to live the reputation of chain

Cons:

- Flush didn't work. Despite repairs, it was a struggle to use it
- The pool was more like a baby pool, too small.
- Room service was too slow.
- The bathroom had no privacy. The door had space to peep in, the mesh on the window also had enough space on the sides to peep in.

Pros:

Staff were friendly and always went out your way to help, no one was rude everyone was very helpful and smiling

Cons:

No orange juice or apple juice at breakfast and when ordered always took ages to come.
My key every morning needed to be re programmed to go back into the room

Best 5 Stars Hotel in Gurgoan for the price!
Pros:

Everything was excellent from the reciption staff and their hospitality to the room service crew they were cheerful and willing to help us.
The resturant experience was also great and the staff were very helpful to cater our needs!

Cons:

The only annoying thing was Door key will need to be reprogrammed. Some days the room service were a bit noisy when they were cleaning the other rooms
