Pros:

部屋がとても綺麗で、店員さんも親切な方ばかりでした。新大阪駅にも近いし食事するところも沢山あって便利だと思います。毎年、大阪に旅行予定ですが、その際はまた宿泊します！

Pros:

駅の目の前でロケーションは抜群。朝食のバイキングは洋食、和食、大阪名物とバラエティに富み美味しかった。ロビーは綺麗で清潔感ある。荷物を預けるとき「入れ替えは必要ないですか」と外国人スタッフが声をかけてくれた。

部屋の入口からの幅が少し狭かった。

Pros:

御堂筋線と阪急が使えるのが良い。新大阪からも地下鉄で１駅なので歩かなくて良い。

Cons:

清掃３日の１度なので、バスマットも３日に１度しか交換でないのが微妙。バスタオルとフェイスタオルは1日に１度、手提げに入れてドアに引っ掛けて渡してくれるので交換可能。枕が微妙に高い
