Pros:

Non mi è piaciuto nulla. Camera organizzata malissimo, abbastanza ampia ma, un letto rimane in un angolo, praticamente incastrato tra due pareti.

Cons:

. Il bagno è vergognoso: piccolissimo. Il bagno credo sia una struttura riportata, infatti sembra essere di vetro resina, per entrare bisogna salire uno scalino,per entrare nella vasca da bagno bisogna essere agilissimi. Anche la colazione è molto scarsa.
Booking ha assegnato all hotel 4 stelle, ma è un 3 stelle scarso

A greatly situated hotel very close to all of Osaka!
Pros:

It was situated really good close to Shin-Osaka and two trainstations just around the corner which made traveling around Osaka a breeze. Also two konbini across the street.

Cons:

The rooms are slightly older and the ac in our room seems to have been from a jurassic period as it just managed to keep the temperature to a resonable level and when to set to anything above medium fan speed it started squeaking really loudly. And we were there in summer with 32 degrees heat and about 86% humidity.

Convenient location in Osaka
Pros:

It is a classic business hotel with tiny rooms, but was enough for me as a solo traveller. The location of the hotel is great, just few steps from the subway and train station (you can use the train to go to Kyoto). There are two convenience stores nearby and also a great ramen place just behind the hotel.

Cons:

The bed was not so comfy for me, the mattress seemed a bit worn-out.

とてもよかった
Pros:

駅から近くて便利。そして静かでとても快適。ロビーやエレベーターもきれいで清潔。

Cons:

荷物を受け取ることにしていたが、その荷物は２階のレストランに保管されており、それをフロントの人は知らなかった（まだ届いていませんと回答）。おかげで少し受け取るまで手間取った。今後はフロントから荷物は２階と伝えるようにしてくれればありがたい。

Wouldn’t stay in my next time.
Pros:

The location was amazing!

Cons:

The room was extremely small, the amenities were very limited and the staff was not helpful. I called them to help me with something, but they basically sent me away and didn’t support at all.

設備は古いが清潔に掃除されている
アクセスがいい

Cons:

WiFiがほとんど機能していない
部屋が今まで泊まったホテルのなかで一番狭い
朝食のメニューが質素（レタス、トマト、フルーツなどがない、パンは食パンとロールパンのみ）
周辺がプチ歓楽街なので、あまり治安は良くない
