Pros:

Great staff. Location ok except getting out of Waterfront traffic caused me to miss an appointment.

Cons:

Room always felt damp. Even carpet. Wish AC could have cooled and dried better.

Not so good stay
Pros:

Breakfast, coffee were a big plus.
Hotel staff were super friendly and nice.
River was nice to look at

Cons:

Pool WAS NOT HEATED as advertised. And dirty
The railing going into entrance of pool was completely broken wiggling and my son whom is autistic and that's why we needed the pool slipped and hurt his toe.
They were notified Amma we were there 3 days 2 nights.
Water was so cold and you could smell chlorine outside was so strong.
Then, we had no cold water to take a shower.I could not shower my son and nor me and my husband..
We tried to get moved rooms which they were very nice about.But my husband went and checked the other room.There was also no cold water.So there was no decent showering for nobody.
It upsets me that I paid $324, and I couldn't even get clean towels in my room. We used two of them, and I opened them and took a video.There were stains, looked like ruster coffee and they smelled. So we were here to celebrate my husband's birthday at a state. I drove five hours from michigan, and this is what I got to sleep at, I am not happy.

I would have paid less to stay somewhere else with out a pool
Pros:

Well we loved the location and wanted to have a nice time at the pool but it was down the entire stay.

Cons:

The pool was down the whole time. And no real reasons where given?

We had a good time while in Pittsburgh.
Pros:

The room we, my husband and I, stayed in was very clean. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't address that issue, however my husband did have the breakfast and he said it was okay. The location was perfect for what we were going to do while in Pittsburgh.

Cons:

The room air conditioner, although it was set at 68 degrees, did not seem to be putting out cool air. There was air coming out it just wasn't cool. The cold water tap in the sink came out warm to hot for me. It was not pleasant brushing my teeth.

It was fair.
Pros:

Close to where we needed to go. Nice along river. The bathroom was clean

Cons:

We had 3 people and sofa bed was needed. When we opened it was disgusting. No sheets, mattress was stained. Dirt all under the mattress- crumbs, comb, fork.
We were moved to an accessible room. Shower not installed right, noisy to step inside, handle rail in shower loose, toilet paper holder loose, toilet seemed unsteady and I don’t need to rely on these things. Had to lift room door upward because installed wrong.
FYI since I noticed: When baseball teams come, need to enforce with coach, kids should not be running around. Elderly people there were upset with all the craziness.
