Comfortable stay in a good location
Pros:

The staff was so welcoming. For the price, I thought the hotel was chic and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was above average.

Good Property that needs to have the Interiors refreshed
Pros:

This is a good hotel and centrally located. It's close to many L stations; so, easy to get to or from either airport. Restaurants abound - plenty of choices for every taste. The staff at this hotel was fantastic. They were eager to please, offered a smile and "hello" whenever you entered the hotel and were super helpful with recommendations around the area. My only disappointment was the condition of the room. The carpet is worn and ripped. The sofa cushions are worn out. Lighting is OK. WiFi worked great, but there are only 2 USB ports that are connected to the clock radio. As they charge a premium price to stay here, they should have the initiative to upgrade the hotel and keep it fresh.

Apathy, sounds like a good title.
Pros:

The place is conveniently located, cleanliness ok?, but overall it’s fine. However the customer service at the front desk, needs to improve. Traveling for business, sometimes you need an extra hour after the check out. Well, do not even think to ask, as they are trained to say NO. At least that was the response that from received from Marisol. Really out of touch with the needs of a traveling business person.

Would stay again in a heartbeat. Ema restaurant on site was excellent. Included breakfast was adequate but not memorable

Great location. Close to excellent restaurants and public transportation

Cons:

Noisy neighbors kept us up until past midnight. Our room overlooked a noisy back alley . Major fire station on Illinois St with frequent alarms

Bon emplacement
Pros:

Superbe emplacement. Quartier avec plein de bars, pubs et restaurants. De belles galeries marchandes. On peut faire pas mal de choses à pieds.
L’hôtel est très bien. De grandes chambres au calme. Douche à l’italienne. Dispose d’un restaurant non testé mais qui était bien rempli tous les soirs.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner très moyen pour ce type d’établissement.

Very happy with the accommodations, loved the city and will probably return sometime in the future.
Pros:

The staff were so helpful in giving us directions to various attractions. Our room had a beautiful view of the city and the breakfast that was complimentary had many choices.

Cons:

It was a little too far from the train stop had to walk 10 or more blocks with luggage.

Do not put two bottles there which is not free, charge $5 each with small notification, it is stupid and cheating, who decide this should be fired from your team, poor leadership.
