Perfect - will definitely stay there again
Pros:

It was very cozy and clean, next to bus stops and tram. Very nice and safe neighborhood. Staff were very welcoming, accommodating and really nice

I lenzuoli, le salviette

Cons:

Non avevo capito che la camera non c’era finestra. Secondo me dovevano sottolineare ( essere più chiare, anche non fare vedere foto che fa intendere che c’è finestra se di fatto non esiste. La camera era anche più piccola dal 16mq come dell’informazione

Pros:

Excellent location. Friendly and responsive staff. Room was very clean. TV troubleshooting was very prompt.

Cons:

"City view" was light shaft or back walls of adjoining buildings, with many fans running nonstop. Room was noisy 24/7 from outside fans through bath and bedroom windows, although bedroom window was sealed well.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They always greet you with a smile and make you feel at home
Pros:

This hotel has an excellent location. It is within walking distance of all the main attractions..5minutes to Galata bridge, 10 minutes to Galata tower and 15 to 20 minutes to Istiklal street. It is also super close to the metro..so nothing can beat the location. It is very clean. My deluxe room was big and had a very nice terrace.

Das Hotel ist schon ålter und verdient die heutigen 4 Sterne nicht.

Keine Früchte am Morgen oder an der Rezeption.
Frühstück sehr bescheiden > NUR Käse, Schafskäse, Türkischer Käse, Streichkäse.
Weisses Brot und Konfitüre.

KEIN Cereal. Kein Yogurth.
