Hyatt Place San José/Pinares

Good food, great location, not much vacancy, good support (night shift), good service during the breakfast. The plaza is great to visit different food. Walmart just next to the hotel.

The location was right off the freeway and walkable for nearby restaurants. The property is gated and pristine! Clean outside and in, with friendly staff who spoke English. The breakfast is phenomenal and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and most importantly, quiet. Parking is free and convenient. We will stay here again next time we visit San Jose.

It is a very central location with many restaurants, rental car services, and other services close by. Well priced hotel, clean, and excellent customer service.

A very nice Hyatt place with one of the better breakfasts I’ve had at this chain. I will say this: if you are looking for a cheap stay after flying in DO NOT BOOK HERE. It took us 2+ hours to go 10 miles in San Jose traffic. If you’re staying in San Jose, definitely stay here. If you’re looking to regroup after a flight, pick a closer spot.

Positive experience at the hotel. Everything was clean and well sanitized, and the atmosphere was very pleasant.

The only negative point, in my particular case, was the noise coming from the highway. However, I believe this may not be an issue in other rooms.

Very pleasant overall experience. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel is modern with plenty of amenities. The free breakfast was excellent and had a great selection of freshly prepared hot dishes along with the standard breads, pastries, yogurt, fruits etc.

As usual, another outstanding stay at the Hyatt Place San Jose/Pinares. Quiet hotel in a nice location near restaurants and fast food. Breakfast is fantastic, especially the omletes made to order. Appreciated the early check in and late check out. Staff always willing to help in any way.

Nice hotel in very convenient location (with many restaurants within easy walking distance). Hotel is generally clean, and breakfast is diverse and generous. Some in-room details are not ideal, but overall comfortable.

The room has mold in the bath, and wasn’t clean. The lamps are dirty

Super convenient to the Pinares mall, not really close to much else. Great facility with excellent service. Very clean and comfortable.

The staff of this hotel is OUTSTANDING in every way. We have never felt so catered to anywhere else we have stayed at. They’re very attentive and courteous actually preempting any request you may have. Special mention goes to the restaurant staff where they exceed in friendliness. Special shout out to Salvador, Carlos and Wilfredo. People make the business and these three are a huge part of the success of this hotel.

Great location

I love that you have excellent restaurants and vendors surrounding your property. I alsi love that you are located near the freeway entrance and roadways.

The food service in the evn

Excellent experience. Hotel was designed well aesthetically, phenomenal breakfast for a free breakfast (truly) and front desk spoke excellent English which was helpful. Our family loved how walkable restaurants and shops were as well. Excellent stay.
