We tried for 90 minutes to phone hotel from car on our way down no reply !!!
Had disabled parking booked could not use as all full with non disabled people’s cars when we informed reception were told yes we know but nothing was done about it and one visitor parked sideways across two disabled bays unbelievable!!!

All in all a restful and comfortable stay. Would definitely return but maybe choose a different room location if during

Beautiful situation, friendly staff, parking, gardens and view from terrace. Breakfast excellent with ample choices of hot or cold.

Cons:

Room in annexe was spacious with a comfortable bed. It was cool with a small window looking out ti a low wall and shrubs ( during heatwave). This was most welcome but perhaps the same room could feel cold and dark in the winter months. Bathroom spacious but on close inspection the tiles could do with a deep clean.

Veel te veel geld betaald voor een totale teleurstelling. We zijn na 1 nacht weggegaan, terwijl we voor 2 hebben betaald
Pros:

Het originele gebouw en de ligging.

Cons:

Al het andere. Onvriendelijke receptioniste bij aankomst. Dame in het restaurant had echt geen zin in gasten. Kamers zijn totaal vergaan: overal vlekken, zelfs op het plafond. Meubels nog uit de jaren 80, alles kapot, verkleurd en valt uit elkaar.
Het gebouw en tuin worden absoluut niet onderhouden: vieze ramen, waarvan meerdere kapot zijn. Planten groeien in de dakgoot, binnen ruimtes van het gebouw zijn nog nooit schoon gemaakt. Tuin wordt op 1 plek besproeid maar niemand verplaats die zodat verder alles dood is.
Het is overduidelijk dat men het totaal heeft opgegeven. Heel jammer.

Pros:

The terrace, the decor and the building itself. Parking and EV chargers were convenient.

Cons:

Air conditioning did not work. Didnt feel the room was worth the money, quite basic. The common areas were nice hough.
