Unsanitary, disappointing but has a great location.
Pros:

The location is really nice.

Cons:

Unsanitary and disappointing. We arrived to find strangers' hair in the drawers and greasy, dirty kitchen utensils. Despite reporting it immediately, housekeeping ignored the issue and left it filthy for two days. The management refused to provide a fair refund, and Booking.com had to step in to compensate us out of their own pocket because the hotel wouldn't take responsibility. Avoid if you care about hygiene. Plus, both televisions didn’t work at all (all channels were not working).

Pros:

La localización está genial. El apartamento es espacioso y limpio. Relativamente moderno aunque quizá el baño se ha quedado un pelín antiguo. Me sorprendió que no hubo interacción con ninguna persona pero funcionó bien el tema de la taquilla para las llaves .

Muy bien si no te molesta el ruido
Pros:

Recepción con códigos, todo limpio, amplio y espacioso. La ubicación fácil de llegar. Los amenities de ducha y cocina muy sencillos pero completos.

Cons:

El ruido de la calle, para dormir no es demasiado agradable, y no se pueden hacer totalmente oscuro con las cortinas, bastante, pero no 100%.

Pros:

Station métro "Madou" en bas de l'immeuble, ligne direct jusqu'à Gare Bruxelles Midi, d'où liaison bus jusqu'à Aéroport Bruxelles Charleroi par compagnie Flibco (le moins cher, 1h de trajet environ).

Cons:

Un peu bruyant en raison de l' axe routier devant l'immeuble
