El aislamiento de las habitaciones no era bueno y se escuchaba el ruido de otras habitaciones y tuberías. Además del ruido de la calle. Especialmente, en fin de semana.

Pros:

A localização é excelente, não está longe da plaza de armas e de vários pontos de interesse e restaurantes.
O quarto não era tão espaçoso, mas foi bem confortável. A cama e o chuveiro são ótimos.
O café da manhã é bom, tem pães, bolos, panqueca, frutas, cereal, dentre outras coisas. Além disso, a vista das mesas dele é ótima, principalmente na parte de cima.
Os funcionários são ótimos, muito educados e solícitos. Destaco a funcionária da recepção na parte do início da noite, que infelizmente não sei o nome, mas foi particularmente gentil e prestativa, inclusive sempre fazia questão de saber se iríamos sair cedo e se precisávamos de uma lunch box ao invés do café da manhã.
Ponto positivo também para o Lollo, mascote do hotel que é uma graça.

Cons:

A única questão que pode ser um problema é o acesso à área do café da manhã, que fica no terraço, e requer subir escadas. Caso a mobilidade seja um problema, leve isso em consideração.
O chuveiro foi um pouco difícil de regular, ou ficava muito quente ou muito frio, mas com o uso pegamos o jeito.

Pros:

Ottimo soggiorno.
La struttura è spendida con un cortile interno molto carino e una terrazza dove viene servita la colazione con vista su Arequipa.
Vicinissima al centro di Arequipa.
Camere molto spaziose e pulite
Bagno grande con doccia, phon e acqua calda (cosa non scontata in Peru').
Colazione varia e abbondante.
Possibilità di prepararsi un the durante tutta la giornata.
Staff disponibile.
Possibile lasciare i bagagli prima del check-in e dopo il check-out.

Comodissima per il centro
Pros:

La struttura é in centro, ci si muove comodamente a piedi. Il personale é molto gentile e disponibile, sempre presente per qualsiasi necessitá. Colazione sufficiente.

Cons:

La stanza é un po’ piccola e poco insonorizzata.
