Location is excellent, just 2 corners away from the main square. We had the most basic room booked - it is small, but for the price we paid in the centre of the city, it was excellent value for money. Unfortunately I got very ill during our stay, the staff were exceptional! Especially the receptionist Angela who was most kind and helpful. They even have a free doctor's service included where an english speaking doctor visited me in the room! They were also extremely flexible as we had to add some nights and cancel others. Thank you!!

Great location, very nice staff and an amazing view of the volcanos. Also super super clean. They also make tea available all the time at the reception, which we loved.
The bed is not the most comfortable and the window in our room was very tiny, so the air circulation wasn't great. But not a big deal.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, muy cerca del centro, lo que nos permitió hacer todo a pie sin necesidad de transporte.
La habitación estaba limpia, cómoda y espaciosa, lo que hizo la estancia muy agradable. Las zonas exteriores también son muy bonitas y tranquilas; además había una gran tortuga muy simpática que le daba un toque especial al lugar.
El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar.
En general, una muy buena experiencia. Lo recomiendo sin duda.

The staff, especially Angelica, was so friendly and helpful. Very cute backyard with their turtle pet (who loves fruits!). Location was perfect, close to plaza.
É um hotel excelente, localizado em uma região muito central em Arequipa, bem próxima da Praça de Armas, de restaurantes e pequenos mercados. O principal elogio é para atenção dos funcionários - destaco o atendimento da funcionária Angela. Quarto e banheiros pequenos, mas com uma cama muito confortável. Café da manhã excelente para os padrões peruanos, com a opção de ovos feitos na hora e uma paisagem incrível para os vulcões. Custo-benefício difícil de superar (e eles ainda têm uma linda tartaruga no terraço!).
Somente o tamanho do quarto e do banheiro, que consideramos um pouco pequenos.
Primeiramente a possibilidade do early check-in, pois chegamos muito cedo. O café da manhã e o espaço são muito bom, fica no rooftop do hotel. Os funcionários muito solicitos. Ofereceram lanche para o nosso passeio do Colca, pois saímos as 3h da manhã. Por ficar no centro, excelente para passear a pé pela região. Muitos cafés ao arredores.
No quarto que ficamos havia uma "janela" de tijolos de vidro que dava para um corredor, e essa janela não possuía cortina, então a noite quando alguém passava por esse corredor a luz dele acendia e a iluminação era projetada para dentro do quarto. Essa "janela" poderia ter uma cortina.
Muito bem localizado, no coração de Arequipa. O hotel é um charme a parte, o café é serviço do 4° piso com opção de vista para o vulcão. Quarto limpo com roupas de cama de boa qualidade e chuveiro muito bom.
Central- so close to everything!! The front desk was very helpful with booking a taxi for our early morning flight out, storing luggage and even reco’s for eats and things to do.
