There is something truly magical about this place.
From the moment we stepped in to the garden
we felt welcomed and like home.
The building looks like a small museum
with a very charming and poetic feeling
and the owners and the whole personel
are one of the most sweet and caring

Viajamos a Tenerife a celebrar nuestra luna de miel y alojarnos en el Hotel Emblemático San Agustín fue un acierto. Es un hotel auténtico, acogedor y tranquilo. Está en una calle peatonal muy bonita y se puede aparcar en un párquing que está muy cerca y siendo huéspedes del hotel, es gratuito. Al llegar al hotel íbamos con retraso, pero Eugenia esperó a que llegáramos y fue muy amable explicándonoslo todo. Siendo nuestra luna de miel, tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos la habitación más íntima, que además decoraron y nos dejaron una botella de vino. La cama era muy cómoda y el aseo era muy espacioso. Por otro lado, el almuerzo estaba muy rico, con batido de plátano, un pequeño bufé, un menú de huevos y tortitas, hecho al momento, y yogur. Por último, nos gustaría agradecer el trato tan cercano y amable de Raquel, que nos hizo sentir muy a gusto y nos ayudó a planear las excursiones diarias que hacíamos. La experiencia no hubiera sido lo mismo sin ella y nos llevamos un recuerdo muy bonito.
La habitación podría tener mejor aislamiento acústico, aunque esto no desmereció para nada la estancia :-).

Wegen dem sehr kühlen Wetter war es in den Gemeinschaftsräumen etwas zu ungemütlich um dort länger zu verweilen. Sehr schade, da diese wirklich schön eingerichtet sind.
Bardzo klimatyczny hotel w dobrej lokalizacji. Obsługa bardzo miła.

Hotel inserito in casa storica coloniale, molto caratteristico. Ottima colazione!! Host molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato parecchie indicazioni su cosa fare, ristoranti, ecc.
Dato che la finestra ha mantenuto gli scuri originali, in legno, non è possibile fare entrare la luce se non aprendo anche i vetri, la camera pur essendo molto bella rimane un po' buietta. Però dato che è così che si viveva ai tempi va bene anche così...una vera esperienza nel modo di vivere d'altri tempi!
