Pros:

O hotel é encantador. Um lugar maravilhoso, com uma vista deslumbrante. O quarto é amplo. As toalhas e travesseiros sao de qualidade. O café da manhã é servido na mesa ou no quarto e os itens são suficientes e muito gostosos. Os funcionários não simpáticos e prestativos.

Cons:

O espelho no banheiro é muito baixo. Para fazer a barba, é necessário se abaixar. Faltou um espelho lateral na parede.

Surprised from the escort to the front desk to accommodations and meal service.
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. Excellent staff, great price including meals.

Cons:

Not much, entering the property is a challenge but I am sure our lack of Spanish contributed to it and I appreciate the care they give to security.

Einfach alles! Die vorab Kommunikation mit dem super freundlichen und kompetenten Personal hat vieles erleichtert! sowie auch deren Fexibilität für kurzfristige Änderungen unserer Wünsche. Traumhafte Lage, super leckeres Essen und insgesamt eine schöne Gegend!! Auch das Zimmer! Vielen Dank an alle für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Cons:

Nur die Preise der Mahlzeiten könnten transparenter sein sowie die verfügbare Mahlzeitangebote. Ansonsten gibt es wirklich nichts zu beanstanden.

Decepción total. Indolencia extrema.
Pros:

La ubicación espectacular, en medio de la naturaleza, frente al río.

Cons:

Habitación con temperatura baja, húmeda. Cama mediocre, la vida útil ya superada claramente. Olor a viejo en todo.
Pedimos en varias oportunidades la cuba y el sauna. Cada una con pago extra. Teníamos que llamar a ver si estaba listo el sauna, a lo que contestaban que sí. Y luego llegábamos y estaba apagado... todo esto, a la intemperie, en medio de la lluvia y frío, en traje de baño. Esto nos pasó varias veces. Lamentable servicio. Parece hostal y cobran como 20 estrellas.
