God frokost, kort vei til terminalen

Cons:

Lukter vondt i gangene mellom rommene, når man dusjer så kommer det vann over hele badegulvet, litt kaldt i bassenget

It was a nice hôtel, but my experience wasn’t great.
Pros:

The convenience can’t be beat! The hotel is right in the airport!

Cons:

I didn’t like that you had to walk through the gym to get to the pool; also locker room lockers didn’t lock. At breakfast, the food was cold (pancakes etc)— and in the restauarant my dish was also cold.

perfect location for an early flight
Pros:

If you need to take an early flight from Arlanda this hotel is quite perfect. Just took us 5 to 10 minutes to the Terminal in the morning. Breakfast starts at 4am, which was perfect for our early flight, and it is a splendid breakfast buffet. room and bathroom are clean and have fully sufficient space. Staff at the reception and breakfast are very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

for 1 night the equipment is totally sufficient. otherwise i would miss some wardrobe etc.

Vi blev tyvärr besvikna på vår vistelse. Vid bokningen via Booking valde vi en prisplan för 2 vuxna och 1 barn samt antal sängar, vilket gjorde att vi utgick från att alla kostnader för boendet redan ingick.

Vid incheckningen fick vi däremot besked om att vi behövde betala extra för extrasängen. Informationen som personalen gav stämde inte överens med det som framgick vid bokningen, vilket skapade förvirring och en onödig extra kostnad.

Dessutom upplevde vi personalen i receptionen som otrevlig och inte särskilt hjälpsam när vi försökte få en förklaring. Ett bättre bemötande och tydligare kommunikation hade gjort stor skillnad.

Tyvärr levde vistelsen inte upp till våra förväntningar. Vi hoppas att hotellet ser över både sin kommunikation med bokningsplattformar och hur personalen bemöter gäster vid frågor och oklarheter.

Great airport hotel. We are traveling with a 2-year-old. They have a crib, a playroom, nice breakfast. They even prepared a goodie bag for him!
