The outside of the hotel looks uninviting but the rooms were comfortable and roomy.
Pros:

Very close to museums, transport-ferry, buses, tram and walking.
Although loads of people around it was very quiet in the hotel
Great breakfast.

Perfect location for kids - close to museums, Skansen, Gronalund
Pros:

Stayed in the Terrace Suite. Loved the open space of the terrace. Room was spacious. The weather was beautiful so we were able to keep the windows open most of the time. It is a busy area and this room was a lovely retreat in the middle of the craziness. We even tried to change our flight out so we could stay a bit longer. TIP: if you have children ages 2-10, get a annual pass to Skansen. It's only a little bit more than the daily pass and children under the age of 16 are free. We went for a couple hours every day for the little kid rides and to see the animals. Location is further from Old Town and downtown but there are frequent buses, trams, taxis, and ferries that take any where from 8 - 25 minutes depending on where you are going.

Great place to stay for 2 or 3 nights sightseeing

Room was quiet and clean
Really convenient for ferry boat and tram public transport

Cons:

Facilities in room were not well designed. No wardrobe to put clothes. Shower difficult to access (inside bath) Water went all over the floor when it was switched on

Cons:

Das Einzelzimmer hatte ein breiteres Bett, als das Doppelzimmer, das Bett hatte keine Matratze nur einen Topper, dass nach Nachfragen korrigiert wurde, die bestellten frischen Früchte waren nicht frisch und haben teilweise gegährt zwei Tage hintereinander, obwohl wir darauf hingewiesen haben. Am dritten Tag hat eine Dame am Nachbartisch diese bestellt. Als sie begonnen hat zu riechen und sie stehen gelassen hat, war mir alles klar.

Sijainti erinomainen ainakin lasten kanssa matkustamiseen, monet kohteet kävelymatkan päässä! Aamiainen oli hyvä ja monipuolinen, tosin joka päivä samanlainen. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja palvelualtista.

Cons:

Siisteyteen olisi voinut panostaa pienillä asioilla. Lapselle tuotiin joka aamu edellisen jäljiltä hieman likainen syöttötuoli ja huoneen katossa oli hämähäkin seitti.

Jättefin frukost med såväl a la carte meny som buffé . Eftersom vi var 6 personer reserverades bord till oss i matsalen.

Cons:

Ganska hög ljudvolym från ABBA- museet från kl 9 på morgonen. Dyr parkering.
