Pros:

Struttura pessima, senza aria condizionata , scarsa colazione, rumore dalla strada. Personale indisponente. Si trova come tutte le altre

Tolles Hotel zentral in der Innenstadt
Pros:

Das Hotel ist super zentral in der Innenstadt gelegen. Bietet den erwarteten Service. Öffentliches Parkhaus mit Hotelrabatt (glaube es waren 20 Rabatt) in der Nähe. Wir hatten zu dritt ein Vierbettzimmer, das war super.

Cons:

Im Sommer ist in der Strasse lauterer Betrieb bis 22 oder 23 Uhr, da Barbetriebe und Restaurants herausgestellt haben. Nachtruhe wird dann pünktlich eingehalten. Ich wurde um drei Uhr morgens von der Zytglocke geweckt.

ottima posizione, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. stanza all'ultimo piano un po' piccola con finestra un po' in alto, ma comoda e silenziosa

Cons:

unica nota per cui non ho dato il massimo dei voti è che sapendo che arrivavo tardi (oltre le 7PM) ho scritto alla struttura per chiedere istruzioni, come richiesto. Nonostante i diversi messaggi non ho ottenuto risposta. Quindi sono arrivato all'hotel di notte senza sapere se avrei potuto dormire. Porta chiusa. Istruzioni sulla porta di rivolgersi a un hotel vicino (3 minuti) per ricevere la card di accesso. A saperlo prima mi stressavo meno e evitavo un avanti e indietro.

The oldest hotel in Bern, located in the old city, and very comfortable.
Pros:

Great location in the old city, not too far from the train station. The room was large and we had a balcony! Staff at the reception was very hellpful.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet did not meet the Swiss standard. Ran out of food and not replenished.

Hotel right in the heart of Bern with delicious breakfast.
Pros:

I loved the delicious breakfasts. Amazing range on offer.

Cons:

The bathroom wall is translucent so this compromises the privacy of the person using the bathroom if the light in the bathroom is turned on and there are other people in the room. The corridor didn’t smell good.
