Wir hätten ein anderes Hotel buchen sollen...............das wäre besser gewesen.
Frühstücksbilder haben tolle Sachen versprochen, jedoch gekommen sind kalte Waffeln ohne Dekoration und auf die Teller geklatschte Eierspeisen. Service nur teilweise aufmerksam.
Zimmer waren dreckig und im Badezimmer war reichlich Schimmel. Outdoor Pools geschlossen, bei schönstem Wetter wurden nicht einmal Liegen zur Verfügung gestellt mit dem Argument, dass sich dann ja auch andere Gäste hinlegen würden. Unfassbar.
Die Brandmeldeanlage/Sprinkler sah auch eher schlimm aus, hoffentlich hat die noch funktioniert.
Disappointing management practice, inaccurate claims, and zero response!While the hotel property is good, we had a very unprofessional experience after check-out. The management wrongfully demanded €150 + VAT for a pre-existing cigarette burn on a chair cushion. Fortunately, we had time-stamped photos proving the damage was there before we entered. We emailed the hotel management with conclusive photo evidence, but they completely ignored us with NO response or apology for over two days. This is an unacceptable way to treat guests. I demand a formal apology and compensation for the stress and false accusations caused by their negligence. I highly advise everyone to take photos upon arrival here.
"ممارسات إدارية مخيبة للآمال، مطالبات غير دقيقة، وتجاهل تام للرد!بينما المنشأة جيدة، واجهنا تجربة غير احترافية بعد المغادرة. طالبتنا الإدارة ظلماً بدفع 150 يورو بالإضافة إلى الضريبة بسبب حرق سجائر كان موجوداً مسبقاً على وسادة الكرسي. لحسن الحظ، كان لدينا صور توثق أن الضرر موجود قبل دخولنا. أرسلنا بريداً إلكترونياً للإدارة يتضمن الأدلة القاطعة، ولكنهم تجاهلونا تماماً ولم يصلنا أي رد أو اعتذار لأكثر من يومين. هذه طريقة غير مقبولة في التعامل مع الضيوف. أطالب باعتذار رسمي وتعويض عن التوتر والاتهامات الباطلة الناتجة عن إهمالهم. أنصح الجميع بشدة بالتقاط صور فور الوصول إلى هنا."
