The hotel and my room were very clean, and the staff was very helpful. They were kind enough to offer us welcome drinks, which we really appreciated. Great location, very close to the Magnificent Mile. The gym is great!
They offered housekeeping but it got to our room at 5pm. The water pressure in the shower was quite low. The street in front of the hotel can be a little noisy.

Great location, walking distance to attractions or public transit, staff was helpful, breakfast crew was great, room was very nice.
Bathroom light was burned out, but maintenance was there to fix it before I had a chance to report it. Ice machine on our floor was not working for the entire week (10th floor) so I always had to go to another floor for ice.
My family and I stayed here for four days. Room was comfortable and clean. Location was perfect for exploring and convenient to the L as well. What made this place memorable was the staff. All of the workers at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. Always greeted people as they came in and out each day. Javier and Fannie are AMAZING. Breakfast was our favorite part of the day because of them. Super friendly and kind, chatting with everyone. If you're looking for a great location thats clean and has an amazing staff, this is it!
Excelente ubicacion del hotel, a pocas cuadras de zonas muy turisticas. Fue nuestra primera vez en Chicago y la cercania del hotel nos ayudó a sentirnos seguros. Lo que mas me gustó fueron sus grandes ventanas, despertar mirando esta bella ciudad fue magico.

Fantastic Hotel ! Everything was close by. Attention was 10/10 especially Javier , Fannie and Diana at breakfast. Nicest people you will ever meet. Truly felt like a family. Rooms were clean and the hotel was very clean and well kept.

Jose T took the time to answer all of my questions and reassured me everything was lined up correctly-he even gave me advice on where to view the fireworks!

This is our 3rd time at this hotel and we will be back! The location is perfect, price is on point and service is unbelievable! The King Studio room is perfect for our family of 3, but would work for bigger families as well. Javier and Fanny at breakfast make our stay so memorable! We never want to miss breakfast! If you want a clean hotel, with free breakfast, at a great price, that is family friendly, in a great location book this hotel!
