Hotel was located in the heart of the Hague with its own parking garage. We got different pillows and the bed was comfortable. Option out of daily cleaning was rewarded with a drink voucher for a free drink at the bar (except spirits, which was understandable).
Hotel breakfast was paired down with limited vegan options. The parking garage needs to be opened by someone in the reception, which took a long time when we came back from a trip late at night.
Het receptie personeel was gewoon top vooral Karin was heel duidelijk en behulpzaam, service gericht.👍

Proper hotel vlakbij het Binnenhof en het Mauritshuis, restaurants en winkels vlakbij, ondergrondse parkeergarage , airco , goede bedden met redelijk stevige matras, zeer vriendelijk personeel, goede badkamer, grote ontbijtruimte met veel keuze , weinig of geen geluidsoverlast
Geen vers fruitsap maar dat is een detail, ingang tot de parkeergarage is redelijk smal en dus een uitdaging !

I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this property for business travel. The exceptional location made getting to my meetings seamless, and starting each day with the high-quality breakfast was a major plus. Additionally, the staff demonstrated outstanding professionalism throughout my visit. The room itself was incredibly quiet, providing the perfect productive and relaxing environment after a long workday.
During my stay, I found that the evening dining options were quite limited, making it difficult to find a satisfactory meal nearby. Furthermore, reliable transportation proved challenging to arrange, which significantly restricted my ability to explore the surrounding area after dark.
The hotel is situated just 1 minutes walk from a busy square full of restaurants and bars, very handy! Breakfast was plentiful and was available from 7am, which was perfect for us. We were also allowed to park our ebikes in the basement garage.
Not really a dislike, but there are no charging facilities for ebikes in the basement. Many people are using ebikes now (especially for travelling longer distances), and it would encourage more visitors if there was charging available at the cycle parking area.

The hotel's location is fantastic—only an 8 to 10-minute walk from The Hague Central Station and just 3 minutes from the Mauritshuis. The surrounding area is very lively, packed with restaurants and bars that stay open late into the night. Despite the bustling nightlife, our room was surprisingly quiet, and we weren't bothered by any outside noise at all.
Both the room and the bathroom were spotless and well-kept. Breakfast was good and featured high-quality coffee, though the selection was a bit limited, consisting mainly of bread, cheese, cold cuts, cereal, and fruit.
The staff were incredibly friendly and more than happy to help us store our bags after check-out. A nice bonus: since we stayed for two consecutive nights, they offered us a complimentary drink in exchange for skipping daily housekeeping, which was a great touch!

Der Duschvorhang wirkte auf mich wirklich sehr altmodisch.
Nach dem Duschen war der Boden jedes Mal sehr nass, weil das Wasser immer aus der Dusche lief. Deshalb haben wir viele Handtücher gebraucht, um den Boden zu trocknen.
Es war zwar nicht besonders schlimm, aber vielleicht könnte man das in Zukunft verbessern.
