Pros:

Modernes Hotel mit sehr zentraler lage. Schönes ruhiges Zimmer.
Für Autoreisende etwas kompliziert. In die Hotelgarage kann man nicht direkt einfahren, es gibt aber wenige Meter nach dem Hotel eine öffentliche Tiefgarage. Die Stadt selber "gehört" Fahrrädern und Fussgängern.

Cons:

Man konnte kein Fenster öffnen und im Bad hat die Lüftung nicht funktioniert. Die Klimaanlage arbeitet gut, trocknet aber sehr stark aus. Wir mussten beide Nachts aufstehen um Wasser zu trinken.

Trotzdem gutes Hotel, ich würde wiederkommen.
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage, freundliches, hilfsbereites, lösungsorientiertes Personal, gutes Frühstück, Dusche war ausreichend groß.
Die Sehenswürdigkeiten konnte man vom Hotel gut fussläufig erreichen, abgemessen war man gleich im brodelnden Leben. Gute Restaurants gleich um die Ecke.

Cons:

Es gab keinen Kleiderschrank, nur eine Garderobe mit 6 Kleiderbügeln. Ein Haken für Jacken. Für einen 5 tägigen Aufenthalt zu zweit zu spartanisch.
Im Bad gab es wenig Ablagefläche und auch hier waren kaum Aufgängemöglichkeiten für feuchte Handtücher vorhanden. Wenn nicht täglich die Handtücher gewechselt werden (wird vom Hotel erfragt), sollte man zumindest ausreichend Trockenmöglichkeit zur Verfügung stellen.
Meine Matratze war sehr durchgelegen.

Fijn hotel in centrum Den Haag, goede prijs-kwaliteit!
Pros:

Locatie hotel is prima! Centrum ( winkels) op loopafstand, evenals vele bezienswaardigheden.Kamers zijn goed wat betreft prijs-kwaliteit. We zijn al vaker geweest , dat zegt genoeg! Lekker ontbijtje om de ochtend goed te starten. Waren blij met extra kussen! Bedden zijn goed!

Cons:

Het was jammer dat er aan mijn verzoek voor twee losse bedden niet kon worden voldaan. Het werd deels ‘opgelost’ door een extra dekbed, maar toch…

Cons:

Personeel doen een toezegging over een bepaald soort kamer (twee aparte bedden), echter bij inchecken blijkt deze kamer te zijn vergeven aan een ander gezelschap. Er wordt geen passende oplossing geboden.

Gewoon fijne kamer, perfecte locatie, rustig ook

Het ontbijt is in orde, maar zeer eenvoudig/basic, zeker voor deze prijs. Verder betaalde ik veel meer dan normaal, bijna het dubbele van de normale prijs, is niet ok als vaste klant

Pros:

Dat er parkeerplaats was onder het hotel.
Het ontbijtbuffet was geweldig, en vriendelijk personeel
Vanuit onze slaapkamer keek je op Het Mauritshuis.

Cons:

De kamer was gehorig. De ventilatie boven het raam kon niet dicht, daardoor hoorde je de muziek buiten op de terrassen en dronken mensen
