Clean hotel with swimming pool to cool off in. Breakfast was fabulous
You will need to take a tuk tuk to go anywhere as a little out of the main tourist area
So glad we stayed here! A boutique hotel with so much charm was far better than the large hotels with numerous people in the heart of Colombo. We had a Suite with 2 very comfy double beds for 3 people. The room was large and had a nice sitting area and TV. All staff from reception, to pool bar and housekeeping were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Bell Captain, Mohammed, was very helpful with arranging car hire and taxis. Highly recommend a stay here.

The hotel has a nice atmosphere, the staff is really nice and attentive. The food is just awesome, and the prices are still good. The rooms have a lot of space and it was really tidy.
The place was very calming and well furnished..
Our room was lovely, with astrong AC (which is needed in Colombo). The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Overall great.. Highly recommend :)

Il servizio del ristorante è lentissimo e poco attento alle richieste. Ho chiesto un sandwich con pomodoro e formaggio senza cipolle e dopo moltissimo tempo è arrivato solo formaggio e cipolla.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained, with a friendly and attentive staff. The food is also delicious, with great quality and variety. A very pleasant experience — highly recommended!
Sri Lankan breakfast was great, rich taste with spice. Staff were friendly and helped us find a nice tour guide. I also like the way they designed the hotel structure (small pond in the entrance, the stair surrounding a tree), as well as taking good care of the old stuff and turned them into modern usage.
Easy walk to supermarket, restaurants, and a train station. Great to have tea & coffee making facilities in the room.
We found the position of the bed (in the middle of the room) a little hard to get used to.
Well located, easy access to Petta district sites by tuktuk.

Good food (breakfast and also menu for lunch or diner).
