An average accommodation facility for stay.
Pros:

Hotal staff and breakfast were exceptional!

Cons:

Bathroom amenities were both poor. Water drainage was obstructing and sluggish.TV has no local channel or entertainment.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Pros:

We recently stayed at Kuta Angel Hotel, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The staff throughout the property were consistently polite, well‑trained, and genuinely excellent — Bobby and several other team members stood out, always greeting us with a smile. The hotel itself was reasonably clean, and our room was serviced daily, which we appreciated. We particularly enjoyed the included breakfast, which was excellent and made our mornings easy.

Cons:

We had a small issue, the property insisted that my teenager son was not entitled to the included breakfast and asked us to pay extra. Fortunately, Booking.com resolved the matter quickly, though it was surprising that the hotel seemed unaware of the booking terms, especially given that many families stay there. It reminded us how important it is to understand the details of your booking before travelling, otherwise you may end up paying for something already included.

Personali vastutulelikus kui oli vaja lahendada küsimusi. Kõik oli suurepärane.

Cons:

Juhtus see, et ma raseerisin ennast ja ei pannud tahele, et minu voodilina oli veriseks läinud. Selle eest küsiti raha ja öeldi, et pole võimalik puhtaks pesta. Pesin kraanikausis vereplekid puhtaks ja andsin teenindaja kätte ja sain uued puhtad linad tagasi. Lõpp hea kõik hea. 😃

Heerlijk super top hotel we komen zeker terug.
Pros:

De ruimte van de kamer en de locatie ,vriendelijke personeel ,bed was zeer comfortabel ontbijt was heerlijk .

Er hing een luchtje naast de wc pot, en er ma g best een 2de prullenmand bij .

Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and the room was super quiet, perfect for resting. The staff were very friendly and professional.

Cons:

The property needs a major update and better maintenance. I’m sure it was fantastic when it first opened, but now it requires investment to renew the furniture, appliances, and facilities.
