Helpful staff and good value for money
Pros:

Great location and staff were fabulous, very nice and helpful. Comfortable bed, and good sized room. Very good value for money, would book again for a short stay.

Cons:

All electricity goes off when you leave the room, not just the lights and aircon, so make sure you ask for the 2nd “electricity only” key if you need the minibar to stay on as it’s not offered upfront. I had medication that had to be kept cool and learnt the hard way that the minbar also goes off which is not the norm in other hotels I’ve been where the key activates everything.

Ça passe pour un hôtel de transition d’une nuit

Cons:

Le personnel n’est pas aidant du tout, la chambre il y avait une espèce d’invasion de fourmis

Will definitely stay again with friends in November.
Pros:

My room did not have a window, which made me feel claustrophobic. I will stay again but will request a window.
Security guard Wayan was a gem. So nice and helpful.

Cons:

Lack of window. Hot water was only warm on 2 mornings.

happy staying at the kuta angel hotel .
Pros:

the hotel was close to beach and the main areas of kuta tourist areas , lots of shops and good eating places.
staff were friendly and helpful ,a good breakfast was provided . air conditioning was good and room comfortable .

Cons:

the room had a bath that was not so accessible for mature people and was slippery when using as shower.

Good for short stay
Pros:

Location. Was close to old quarter, pharmacy, cosmetic store etc. Receptions were friendly and professional

Cons:

If you are in the city for two days, or you’re out of hotel most of the day-the hotel would be ok, but I don’t recommend it for longer stay unless you like rooms with no windows. The AC works only when the card is inside so it was bit inconvenient.

If you don’t care about some stains it’s good value for money
Pros:

The location is great for partying also close to the airport and it’s good value for money.

Cons:

It’s really not clean there are stains everywhere on the towels, bed sheets also on the floor and walls.
