Spacious rooms and a great vibe,
Pros:

We were staying at the hotel for a wedding, so there were many of us occupying many rooms. We all lived the vibe, and the fact that the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Each room was decorated differently, and the layout was different, too. The staff were attentive and super helpful. The location is perfect, close to everything, and 2 min. Walk to the train.

Cons:

Some of the rooms seem a bit dark.

It was very good but probably wouldn’t stay again as there is cheaper options in the city.
Pros:

Liked how central is was to everything and the dark moody theme it has going on

Cons:

Was there for a function so was annoying having to go from our room back down to reception then across the lobby to go back up the stairs of lift to level 3. Especially when you have a young baby so had to do this multiple times a night was inconvenient.

Location and staff were incredible.

We couldn’t turn the aircon down and then we had to turn it off.. but then there was no airflow!

Pros:

The showers are disgraceful. How a "5 star" hotel could provide showers such as this boggles the mind

Cons:

Staff are not overly helpful
Showers are ridiculously bad
Location is great but is difficult to get an Uber from during peak traffic times
