Funky decor and artwork good sized room huge bathroom
Water pressure low, and room mirror double sliding door to open up double sinks in bathroom/ shower/toilet
Great location, pretty room, helpful staff. They very kindly sent my husband his nightlight that he'd accidentally left behind, which demonstrates a real commitment to excellent service.
It's a shame that there's no bar or cafe in the reception area, which would be a nice place to spend time otherwise. The room was a bit dark and there's no outlook from the windows.

The Reims look better then the new buildings you get more comfort and things like coffee machines bathtubs nice showers and bathrooms and have the choice to have either studio apartment. Look or closed off.
It’s modern and furnished well it doesn’t feel stale if it was nice comfortable and like it has been thought about
Location was great, room was spacious (executive king).
Staff were a bit dismissive at check in and rushed us through the process without giving any info beyond "everything's on the tv" also didn't offer to help us with our luggage. Shower head was pretty grimy and there's no price list for the mini bar. It's a nice hotel but not worth the price or the "5 star" category.

No ground floor reception
The location of the QT is superb, so easy to walk to Darling Harbour and right on the doorstep of Pitt Street mall. There is both a Coles and Woolworths very close for any supplies. Also super easy to get the train from the airport, and connect to all the various modes of public transport to get around Sydney. So the location is A++. Quirky decor from the moment you arrive, very artsy. Keyless entry was great, as well as online check-in however as we had contactless entry we didn't realise there was actually a reception on level 1 until a few days into our stay, as the welcoming person at the door never mentioned. The bar and restaurant are great, cool vibe and energy. We also had the high tea by Adriano Zumbo (the vegan version) and this was fantastic! Highly recommend. Big bathroom and bath tub, we didn't use it but a bonus to have one. Also the double sinks great in the bathroom. Great to have a Nespresso in the room, and the mugs were great! Very well stocked mini-bar, though expensive so we didn't use.
Few things that might prevent us from staying again - the lighting in the room wasn't great, it felt quite dark. Luckily we didn't spend much time in the room but could be improved. Also there is an odd see through cabinet room into the bathroom which I didn't vibe with from a privacy perspective, and the light switches for the bathroom are not in the bathroom, so when you get up in the night you can't easily turn a light on without a) disturbing the main room with the see through cabinet and b) actually find a light switch. We ended up putting the desk lamp into the bathroom and left on overnight so we could see when we got up. As others have mentioned the air conditioning was noisy, and it was muggy at times so we did need it on. The bed, whilst comfy had dreadful partner disturbance - every time my husband turned over I got bounced all over the place. This alone would prevent me from staying again - in this day and age you don't expect that from a high quality hotel. Also the QR code system for "ordering" anything for your room doesn't work, and when we queried reception about it the guy there said "oh, I didn't know that existed, just call us". So whilst on the face of it this is a fancy hotel, some of the basics are lacking for the price.

Really comfortable bed and pillows, the room felt cosy - loved the quirky door number holder. Good mini bar. Location is a block from my clients so I can walk to work. A great place to retreat to after a busy day.

Good bed, location, friendly staff and quality in house food options in Gowings and Parlour.
Rooms can be a bit too dark but you do sleep well. Mini bar and extras expensive.
