Pros:

I am writing this to commend Myles Maramba, your staff for transportation. He was very helpful to me. In fact, it was not supposed to be his job to bring my things in my room but he has assisted me to the best he can. The fact that there was no bellman available, he is really commendable to take this initiative.

Fairmont regular booking two rooms for first time
Pros:

A happy regular of Fairmont Gold in the last 2 years but writing this to share my experience bringing in guests in a separate room for the first time. The guests were also first timers to Fairmont coming to celebrate a family birthday. They enjoyed their stay even if just an overnight thanks in part to the Fairmont gold team. Shoutout to Ella who helped arrange the bookings as well as the team serving us night of the celebration Kate, Zarrah, Kevs, Sheila
Definitely one of the more memorable stays I’ve had at Fairmont

10/10 would stay again.
Pros:

The staff at the Fairmont Makati are all very friendly and accommodating. The facilities themselves are also very well maintained and abundant, especially the gym! (easily one of the largest hotel gyms I've been to)

Cons:

This issue (and it's really more of a nitpick) is not unique to the Fairmont, but the pillows could use a bit more structure. Also, the dining area for breakfast can fill up, so plan accordingly unless you want to wait a bit.

​While the property itself is flawless—boasting exceptionally clean rooms and beautifully well-maintained facilities and amenities—it is truly their PEOPLE who are their greatest asset. You can feel the genuine, top-notch hospitality at every single touchpoint: from pre-arrival coordination, throughout the stay, at departure, and even post-departure.
​A huge commendation goes to the incredible leadership of Mayumi and Angelo, who clearly foster a culture of excellence. We spent our stay being pampered by the phenomenal Fairmont Gold Team, who looked after our family with the utmost care and attentiveness. Awesome place and had lunch at the lobby bar. Kath is awesome great mixologist and supper friendly. Great atmosphere. The hotel overall is top notch. They work hard on ensure you have a stress free stay.

Amazing stay!
Pros:

We loved the Fairmont Makati! The service was impeccable, especially the bellman Ceddy. He was always remarkably accommodating and friendly. He really brightened up our days and made us truly feel special. The hotel is very clean. The pool and spa were very nice. The room was very beautiful yet functional. We cannot wait to return!
