Hotel is Good, Location and stay was very nice.

It was a nice stay, nice location, Gym, pool and facilities are good.

Cons:

In the room they locked Fridge, i didn't use anything from Fridge. After check out 2 times they called for miss bill for Alcohol. Its very bad experience, first of all fridge locked, secondly i never use alcohol. I check in morning 5am check out 1.pm. its too bad from hotel staff

Multiple stays at this place. Still continues to be one of the top 3 recommendations while in Kochi.
Pros:

Breakfast continues to be top notch. Price has gone up considerably with respect to age of property.

Cons:

Cleanliness can be improved. Can see that the property is starting to show its age. Hopefully a renovation is done soon.
