Clean, luxurious, the staff and service are great. We got an upgrade to our booking as a gift from the hotel. It was so nice of the team, cause they received the information that we are celebrating our anniversary and my birthday. The room was prepared with a nice party decoration and delicious cake.

الفندق نظيف وهادئ ويتوسط المنطقة قريب من السوق والمجمعات به مطاعم تقدم بوفيهات تلبي الذوق الخليجي وأكل طيب ومناسب وخدمة تفوق الوصف من أستقبال وحفاوة ترحيب وخدمة في البوفيه والأكل لذيذ ونظيف وخيااال..
به حوض سباحة مريح ونظيف ويقع بمنطقة شرحه..
شكرا لكل فرد في كراون بلازا.

ليست المرة الأولى التي نقرر أن تكون( كوتشي) هي وجهتنا السياحية بلا تردد لأنها تجمع بين الدعة والجمال والتنوع والوفرة التي يبحث عنها السائح الخليجي ( خاصة النساء) فوفرة محلات الطيب ومحلات القطع -الحرير والقطن والسواري الهنديةواللاهينجا والجلابيات الجاهزة متوفرة بمولات بطوابق متعددة بنفس المبنى وبخدمة سلسة وكذلك المولات للماركات العالمية .وبالطبع فإن كروان بلازا من فئة الخمس نجوم بإطلالته الجميلة على النهر والباحة الخارجية وأحواض السباحة الرائعة وسط البساتين .
ناهيك عن ميزته الفارقة جدا جدا في تقديمه للأطعمة العربية والعالمية على حد سواء بامتياز .
كما احتفلوا بميلاد ابنتنا بحفاوة وسعادة كل الطاقم ودود وبشوش ويحب تقديم الخدمة بفرحة.

إلا أن المبنى يفتقر للجدة ودورة المياة ضيقة .
كذلك الأرضية تحتاج إلى سجاد لصلابة البلاط وصعوبة المشي عليه .
