La cucina era completamente vuota di qualunque cosa, non c' era nulla né un cucchiaio né una tazza né tanto meno il gas.
Mobilia vecchia e qualche scarafaggio.
Frigo bar con 2 birre e un po' di acqua, senza prezzo o listino, han provato a farmi pagare al check out il tutto, senza alcun prezzo esposto

I was lured to this hotel by the panoramic windows, but the experience was spoiled by the dirty windowpanes.

I had one or 2 issues when i arrived, but the speed in which they put them right and kept on top of it was very impressive. The staff are great and very friendly, the location is A1 and the balcony in my apartment and view from my bedroom window was amazing....
As i say my initial view and opinion was not the best, but everything was put right and by the end of my 3 week stay i would of been happy to stay there for always....very good apartment for the money with an excellent river view from both balcony and bedroom....
Très bon emplacement, hôtel propre avec ascenseur. Chambre grande et très belle vue du rooftop même s'il est pas entretenu. On a pu accéder à la chambre tôt car elle était prête, on apprécie beaucoup ce geste !

Was here for 28 nights during our stay in Vietnam and I’m very happy I chose D&C Hotel. There are couple of lovely cafes and restaurants within 10/5 minute walk. No complaints at all. Of course it’s more on the cheaper side than some hotels in Da Nang so it is an older building/ room but not a problem for us at all. The staff were also so lovely and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for something affordable

This is by far the worst hotel in Da Nang. The room is in awful condition: in the evening it’s extremely dark because the lighting is very dim—it feels like they cut corners on everything. The bed linens are poor quality, and the pillows are uneven and lumpy. There’s an unpleasant smell in the room, and the furniture is very old and worn out. On top of that, the room is extremely dirty—it looks like the shower has never been cleaned (see photo). The lobby, hallways, and elevator are unbearably stuffy, and the air conditioning doesn’t work anywhere. Overall, the hotel feels very outdated.
There are insects in the room, and even a lizard 😱, which is awful. After spotting a large cockroach in the bathtub, I was honestly afraid to go to sleep.
