Was comfortable
Didn’t have the view I expected
The staff was super efficient and helpful. The location of this hotel is superb, one block away from the Han Riverfront, with many restaurants and grocery stores. The WiFi was incredible strength. The room is a nice size and the view was spectacular. We had an issue with our room that was no fault of the hotel, yet they swiftly addressed the matter and relocated us. We really appreciated their level of service.
There were ants. This is kind of a common issue in Da Nang due to the tropical climate.

The hotel room was quiet, no noise from street.

I was lured to this hotel by the panoramic windows, but the experience was spoiled by the dirty windowpanes.

I had one or 2 issues when i arrived, but the speed in which they put them right and kept on top of it was very impressive. The staff are great and very friendly, the location is A1 and the balcony in my apartment and view from my bedroom window was amazing....
As i say my initial view and opinion was not the best, but everything was put right and by the end of my 3 week stay i would of been happy to stay there for always....very good apartment for the money with an excellent river view from both balcony and bedroom....
Très bon emplacement, hôtel propre avec ascenseur. Chambre grande et très belle vue du rooftop même s'il est pas entretenu. On a pu accéder à la chambre tôt car elle était prête, on apprécie beaucoup ce geste !

Was here for 28 nights during our stay in Vietnam and I’m very happy I chose D&C Hotel. There are couple of lovely cafes and restaurants within 10/5 minute walk. No complaints at all. Of course it’s more on the cheaper side than some hotels in Da Nang so it is an older building/ room but not a problem for us at all. The staff were also so lovely and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for something affordable
