Totally dissatisfied with the hotel and do not suggest anyone to stay at this place specifically in the summer!

Location of the property was good . Close to metro and bus , local shops

Cons:

Property was not clean enough , very small lift ( just enough for 1 person )
Broken shower door and shower tray , shower was extremely small , not even enough even to do shower properly.
Air conditioning was disappointing, in hot weather of Paris . Air conditioner did not work properly and the room was too hot , we told to the reception about the air conditioner but they did not care at all to repair or fix it !

Wszystko. Totalna porażka. Obiekt powinien zostać zamknięty!!!! Oprócz czystej pościeli i ręczników nie było tam nic, co sprawiłoby aby tam wrócić. Całkowita porażka Booking powinien to zweryfikować. Brud, od ścian , podłogi, kabiny prysznicowe... Szok i niedowierzanie, że mieści się to w ofercie Bookingu. Okolica strasznie głośna przez całą noc śpiewy, trąbiące samochody, głośna muzyka i raczej nie jest bezpiecznie. W pokoju tylko wiatrak, który przy całodniowym nasłonecznieniu nie jest w stanie cokolwiek pomóc gdy na dworze 40 stopni. Schody z podartą wykładziną i uszkodzonymi schodami.

The location of the hotel was convenient and easy to reach.Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to experience the hotel or its facilities because my reservation was refused upon arrival.

Cons:

The staff refused to honor my valid booking, despite my willingness to pay any additional charges for my 2-year-old child. We were left waiting for over an hour, treated rudely, and eventually turned away.
My pregnant wife was unwell, and we were traveling with two young children. The staff showed no empathy, which caused us significant stress and forced us to book another hotel at the last minute for approximately €400, resulting in unexpected financial loss and a very disappointing experience.

Hôtel parfaitement placé pour un séjour parisien à moindre coût

Un personnel gentil, accueillant,et professionnel.me surclasser gratuitement en chambre climatisée à cause de la canicule parisienne, bravo et encore mille mercis monsieur 🤗👍

Pros:

The hotel was very close to a Metro Station, though with long steep sets of steps to access it, trams and buses. A Franprix supermarket is a short walk down the street. Lots of options for dining are nearby, including a McDonald's! There was a French balcony overlooking a rooftop courtyard. I was in Room 511 and pigeons would sometimes land on the railing, to say Hello.

Cons:

The elevator was very tiny.
Lots of families with young children seemed to be staying there and there were lots of bawling babies and door slamming the first night. The other nights were much quieter.
