It's near the airport if you need to rest for a day before your actual destination. Not many cafes or shops nearby Ans the mall that is connected to the hotel is not operating as a mall when I last visited so no cafes, shops and shopping mall. There was a ice rink and a cinema but other than that not much near this hotel just conveniently located near the airport as I needed to meet my husband. Good for a rest stop.

The only positive aspect of the hotel was its proximity to the venue where I was attending business meetings.
Unfortunately, my stay at the hotel did not meet my expectations. The hotel was undergoing construction, and the entrance and overall appearance were not particularly welcoming. The internet service was not functioning during my stay, and although breakfast was advertised as being available between 7:00 and 11:00 a.m., I arrived at 7:30 a.m. to find the lights still switched off.
Furthermore, construction work began as early as 4:30 a.m., causing considerable disturbance and making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
Considering the condition of the facilities, the service issues, and the disruption caused by the construction work, I feel that the overall experience did not represent good value for money. I hope the management will take these comments constructively and address these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

Nothing the place fits my purpose very much
Close to airport
This hotel has become a source of stress and discomfort rather than a place to relax. I was forced to take cold showers every day because the hotel’s water heater was not working. Every time I complained, the staff assured me it would be fixed “tomorrow,” but the problem remained unresolved for the 4 days I stayed there and until the day I checked out.
To make matters worse, the hotel was carrying out renovation work, with workers creating noise directly outside my room window early every morning and construction materials being dropped onto the roof, disturbing my rest and comfort.
Given these conditions, this hotel is clearly not suitable for guests with recurring health conditions who need proper rest and basic comfort. The lack of hot water, constant disturbance, and repeated unfulfilled promises made my stay thoroughly unpleasant.
I would not recommend this hotel and sincerely hope management takes these complaints seriously before putting other guests through the same experience.

انا زبون في الفندق لمدة 4 سنوات الفندق اصبح متهالك يحتاج لصيانه كامله وتجديد كامل ولن اكرر التجربه الا ربما بعد التجديد
