Room with a tiny bathroom that you needed to step up into. Not easy in the middle of the night. Plastic shower curtain.

心地良い滞在でした。ありがとうございました。
Pros:

清潔でした。全ての水が浄水で心地良かった。国際線で疲れて夜遅く到着した時、チェックインがスムーズにいかず、フロントの女性の対応が心地良かった。笑顔と優しさプロフェッショナルな対応は、海外在住で日本帰国する際に、どんなレベルのホテルでも同様に高いことが素晴らしいと思う。

Cons:

機械化されていることからチャックアウトはルームカードを機会に差し込み終了。別館滞在だったので、誰にもお礼を言うこともなくチェックアウトでした。便利なのでしょうけれど、チェックアウトほ本館ですれば良かったのかな？と後悔しています。

Einfach unglaublich! Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar! Wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels, die Nähe zur U-Bahn (4 verschiedene Linien, man kommt praktisch überall hin), alles fußläufig erreichbar, viele Restaurants, Konbinis und zwei Supermärkte (MyBasket im Haus nebenan) in direkter Nähe, sehr sauberes Hotel, ruhige Zimmer, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, top Housekeeping (Reinigung bis 14 Uhr abgeschlossen), große Auswahl an Amenities, Tageszeitung kostenlos, beheizter Spiegel im Bad, großes Bad und Wanne, die Ablage am Bett mit Steckdosen und USB-A. Trotz der unten stehenden "Minus-Punkte" können wir das Hotel dennoch uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Die unten stehenden Punkte sollte man gelesen haben.

Cons:

Kein Safe, wenig Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten/kein Schrank, wenig Platz für Koffer (passt aber unter das Bett), im Flur und im Bad wären mehr Haken für Kleidung/Handtücher schön gewesen. Pyjamas werden in Einheitsgrößen angeboten - sind aber zu klein für Europäer, Beutel für den Handtuchtausch zu klein, kein Smart-TV, die Waschmaschine ist in der Trocknerleistung zu schwach (Wäsche nach 3x trocknen immer noch feucht - besser um die Ecke zum Waschsalon (schneller fertig und definitiv trocken, kostet in etwa gleich viel), die Lage der Klimaanlage könnte etwas besser sein - sie pustet direkt auf das Bett und auch die Lüftersteuerung fängt bei 2 von 4 an, die erste Stufe ist nicht auswählbar.
