Good value stay for short 3 nights solo trip, safe area
Pros:

Location is great and comfortable stay on 12th floor. It is easy to get to the main spots of Nihombashi, Tokyo Station and Ginza. Extension of late check out up to 2pm for 3000 yen. Free to leave baggage in the lockers on the same day.

Cons:

Small space, unable to open my luggage fully. Good for solo only, too limited for 2-3pax.

Location is great. Underground nearby for two lines. Grocery store just next door and so are a few restaurant’s.

Cons:

Very small bathroom and I am a petite girl.

Pros:

Room was nice and clean. Not super spacious, but that's what it is like in Japan, and still we functioned okay in it. The bed was wide enough for us to to sleep in, from other reviews I expected it to be more narrow than it actually was. Also very comfortable bed and pillows - we actually got 2 pillows each, one was more firm, and the other one soft so you could choose to your liking.
The staff was very nice and kind.
