Расположение хорошее.

Cons:

Абсолютно обычный отель. Ничего от бутик и 5 звезд нет. Был в их сети в Кракове - там гораздо лучше. Поэтому ожидал большего. А получил как будто 3 звезды.

На ресепшен возникла проблема. Стаф сказал что нашей брони нет. Потом сказал что в нашем номере уже кто-то живет. В итоге заселили куда-то.

Wspaniały hotel zlokalizowany w samym sercu miasta. Personel był uprzejmy i pomocny, a śniadania smaczne i różnorodne. W apartamencie dbałość o każdy szczegół, łącznie ze świeżymi kwiatami- bardzo doceniam takie detale. Z przyjemnością wrócę tutaj ponownie i polecam ten hotel innym gościom.

Tolles Hotel - in jeder Hinsicht
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, das Frühstücksbuffet abwechslungsreich und vielfältig, das Zimmer, resp. die Suite (ich hatte ein Upgrade) war aussergewöhnlich grosszügig bemessen und es fehlte an Nichts!
Das Quartier lebt und man ist zu Fuss schnell beim Kulturpalast & Zentralbahnhof.

The H15 Hotel cancelled my reservation "due to overbooking" less than 2hrs before check-in. We were in a rush to meet a friend for a birthday event, and had to scramble to get another hotel reservation down the street. The only notification was an email that I missed while traveling to the hotel, and I got no notification from the Booking.com app whatsoever: the app still showed "confirmed" after the front desk told me our luxury suite reservation was cancelled.
