Perfekt für einen Konzertbesuch im "Piazza"!
Pros:

Wir waren ein Jahr zuvor und nun wieder wegen eines Konzertes des "Piazza"-Festivals hier und haben die Zimmer nicht wiedererkannt. Der nette Herr an der Rezeption erzählte mir auf Nachfrage, dass es einen Betreiberwechsel gab und die neuen Betreiber in die Neugestaltung der Zimmer investierten. Das ist sehr gut gelungen!
Das Frühstück im nahe gelegenen "Refugium" war abwechslungsreich wohlschmeckend.

Cons:

Die Matratzen sind sehr weich; drei von vier Personen in meiner Reisegruppe hatten am Morgen Rückenschmerzen.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Allerdings fand ich es nicht schön mitzubekommen wie beim Frühstück eine Angestellte von ihrer Vorgesetzten gerügt wurde. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig mit einer großen Auswahl. Die Lage war für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt. Die Zimmer selber waren sehr sauber und den Blick auf den See fand ich sehr beruhigend. Da keine Klimaanlage in dem Hotel vorhanden ist fand ich den Standventilator sehr aufmerksam (auch wenn wir ihn nicht benötigt haben).

Cons:

Die Kissen. Für mich zu groß, zu voluminöse und irgendwie zu fest. Ich kann es gar nicht genau beschreiben. Über eine weitere Kissenvariante hätte ich mich sehr gefreut. Und vielleicht bin ich da kleinlich, aber wenn man die Fenster öffnet sind die Rahmen außen sehr dreckig.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, alles vorhanden was man möchte ebenso der Service. Das Atrium zum Frühstück hat eine gute Lage 😀

Tolle Lage,

Cons:

Bett viel zu weich und Kissen zu groß und Hart. Frühstück war teilweise alt. Z.B. Wurst mit Trockenrad um 9 Uhr.
