Cons:

Zweimal war der Aufzug defekt am Wochenende, daher viermal Treppensteigen. Waren im 6. Stock.
Unser Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Es war aber sauber als wir ankamen.

A very pleasant stay
Pros:

I had a very pleasant three-night stay at this hotel and overall, I was very happy with my experience.
First of all, I would especially like to highlight the receptionist. He was absolutely lovely, very friendly, welcoming and kind, and he treated me incredibly well throughout my stay. His positive attitude and excellent service really made a difference.
I was also very satisfied with the room, the sauna and the fitness area. I was able to do everything I had planned during these few days and genuinely enjoyed my stay.
Overall, I had a very relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The main downside for me is the location. The hotel is in a somewhat isolated area, surrounded mainly by parking lots and commercial buildings, which makes the surroundings feel a little unusual.
There are some restaurants, bakeries and cafés nearby, but on Saturdays and Sundays many of them are closed, so there are not many options.
You also need to take a bus to get into the city centre, which takes around 20–30 minutes. Unfortunately, the buses were often delayed and not particularly reliable.
For me, the location is the main thing that could be improved. It is quite far from the city centre and not particularly convenient if you want to explore the city easily.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, vor allem Herr Houston von der Spätschicht. Täglicher Zimmerservice. Sehr saubere Zimmer.

Cons:

Aufzug leider 2x defekt.

Fijn verblijf voor een bezoek aan Regensburg.
Pros:

Niet ver van het centrum met ruime parkeer gelegenheid. Kamer was okay.

Cons:

Geen koelkastje op de kamer en de ontbijt faciliteit bevindt zich buiten het hotel gebouw.

Es war sehr gut und ich würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Bett bequem.

Cons:

Im Zimmer und unten an der Bartheke gibt es keine Möglichkeit Tee oder Kaffee zu machen.
