השירות אינו טוב. ארוחת הבוקר דלה, ספלי קפה קטנים, ירקות לא תמיד טריים, בחדר לא סיפקו סבון שנגמרר, במקרר לא חודש מלאי, מתוך 5 לילות החליפו מצעים רק לאחר 4 לילות, תאורה חלשה. מאד מאד בסיסי

חזרנו למלון ללילה נוסף. כשעזבנו בקשתי שישנו לי את החדר בגלל רעש מכביש ראשי שהפריע ממש לישון. ואכן כשבאנו חיכו לנו חדרים פנימים ושקטים. שדרגו את החדרים ולא גבו תמורה נוספת

A Comfortable Stay with a Memorable Little Surprise
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. One of the most memorable moments was when a butterfly somehow found its way into our room and spent quite a while flying around us before we gently helped it back outside. It was an unexpected little moment that made our stay even more memorable.

Cons:

Honestly, there wasn't anything we disliked. Everything met our expectations and we had a very pleasant stay.

La struttura si trova in una posizione comoda, tranquilla e ben servita. La camera era molto grande, anche se un po’ datata, comunque pulita. Letto comodo e bagno ampio. Ho apprezzato la lunch box preparata il giorno in cui non abbiamo potuto fare colazione in struttura. Bella vista dal sesto piano della colazione e sala colazione molto curata.

Cons:

La colazione non era di grande varietà e qualità: non c’era yogurt, non erano presenti indicazioni sugli allergeni/alimenti e la scelta era piuttosto limitata, in generale sempre uguale. Il personale della reception è apparso poco accogliente: non abbiamo ricevuto indicazioni sui servizi generali dell’hotel e, durante il soggiorno, non c’è stato particolare saluto o attenzione nonostante la struttura non fosse affollata. I corridoi erano spesso sporchi o macchiati. Anche il balcone del sesto piano, se fosse più pulito, sarebbe un valore aggiunto per la colazione, considerata la bella vista. L’acqua è stata fornita solo il giorno dell’arrivo e non è stata più reintegrata. La televisione aveva solo canali in rumeno o comunque non erano presenti indicazioni per accedere ad altri canali.

Hotel zeer goed. De kamer ook groot en ook bed was heel goed. Spijtig voor het ontbijt!

Ontbijt kan beter! Niet veel variatie en weinig keuze. Zeer weinig fruit en yaourt.
