Pros:

Hotel strategico: vicino alle principali attrazioni della città.
A partire dal ricevimento , alla colazione, alla piscina tutto è stato eccellente. Il personale molto gentile e premuroso, sempre sorridente e propositivo.

Pros:

Nous avons écourté notre séjour car la chambre ne me plaisait pas (vue sur la piscine en fete de l'hotel voisin) et le personnel a été commercial bien que n'ayant pu procéder au remboursement.

Vue de notre 1ere chambre
2eme chambre tres bien (je recommande vue sur la riviere mais du coup plus cher et le rapport qualite/prix est a considerer)

Increíble estancia en Hoi An
Pros:

Las instalaciones y su ubicación eran perfectas. La piscina estaba muy cuidada y vino muy bien tras un caluroso día de turismo. El personal (Kayle y Kate) fueron muy atentas y nos ayudaron con todo.
Desayuno variado y delicioso.

The staff particularly Kate as this hotel are exceptional. Her customer service is exemplary. When greeted with welcome home you know your stay will be a perfect one. This small boutique hotel is such a charming and inviting place to stay. Its staff should be rewarded for their excellent and friendly service.

Great little boutique hotel in the heart of Hoi An. We were fine with the noise because we knew we had a few days at a q
Pros:

The location was great. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Didn’t like the noise- we were unlucky to stay there during some renovations- so it was very loud. Plus being such a small hotel, in a busy location, it was loud outside from passers by and and noisy when people were in the corridors.
