The location was great. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Didn’t like the noise- we were unlucky to stay there during some renovations- so it was very loud. Plus being such a small hotel, in a busy location, it was loud outside from passers by and and noisy when people were in the corridors.

A great stay and nice stay
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and stayed there for seven nights. The location is excellent and the hotel was great. A special thank you to Kate at the front desk, who was incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. She was always happy to help and did a wonderful job organising our trips to Hue and My Son. She also regularly checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well, which was a really nice personal touch. The guides on both tours were outstanding and very knowledgeable and clearly very proud of their Vietnamese heritage. Their passion for sharing the country’s history and culture made both trips enjoyable and memorable. In fact, they inspired me to learn even more about Vietnam’s fascinating history and rich culture. Kate is a real asset to the hotel, and her warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. And the breakfast was excellent!! The petite lady (supervisor) was really nice and attentive

Erg fijn hotel op leuke plek in Hoi An. Heel goede prijs-kwaliteit.
Pros:

Heerlijk ontbijt met veel keuze. Fijne ligging, net even buiten de drukte maar alles makkelijk te lopen, gratis fietsen waren een fijn extraatje. Behulpzaam personeel. Er was een kleine overstroming in onze douche en dat probleem werd meteen volledig verholpen.

Cons:

Niks, het was een heel fijn verblijf!

comfortable stay
Pros:

the breakfast was amazing! the hotel is beautiful, most of the staff spoke English and were knowledgeable and helpful. we loved the pool area.

I wish we could stay forever
Pros:

This was hands down the best stay I’ve ever had anywhere. Our room was amazing! We had a beautiful view of the river! The bed was so comfortable and it felt really luxury. The staff were so caring and welcoming. The only down side was when we checked out! I wanted to stay forever
