No restaurant is a big miss as wrong side of town if you dont want to go out. Breakfast pretty poor choice if want a healthy non sugery breakfast!. Parking charges pretty high, adding 25% to paying car park direct is a bit much!
Convenient to my venue.
Phone careers in the room did not work properly. Shower head was reported to staff as not functioning properly, air condition unit blows directly on the person in bed. Construction and chemicals ruined my overall stay. Fans and string smelling chemicals on floor three, staff used fans to blow the air from the glue on the baseboards.
The hotel was clean and nice. It was within walking distance of Gainbridge.
The check in staff wasn’t very friendly and they didn’t disclose how much the incidental fee was when they charged my card. The bed was a little too firm.
This place blew me away. The art in the hotel, the modern room, restaurants on site and within walking distance, Staff was overly friendly and welcoming. This will definitely be my hotel of choice when visiting Indianapolis. We walked to our concert at Lucas Oil Stadium. Somewhat pricey, as all area hotels were jacked up due to events going on but this one wasn't as high as others and I know it was the better hotel. We just fell in love with it!
There was nothing. It was great!
We were only there for one night and didn’t get to explore the hotel or use any amenities. The rooms were clean and updated and the beds were very comfy. Wish we could have stayed longer and tried out the bar/restaurant..
Just the fact that it seemed higher in price because we were in town for a concert.
