Sub par and disappointing for the price paid
Pros:

The view was nice and the restaurant was quite nice.

Cons:

That i didnt receive the room I initially booked and It was not an upgrade, so in order to compensate me they gave me gift cards for room service and to use at the bar which, room service wasnt great the food was sub par I found a large chunk of egg shell in my food, my significant other found hair in hers, ultimately it wasnt a very pleasant stay. Also didnt use the other gift card for the bar so that was wasted and un used due to timing

Pros:

The hotel was fine. I really didn’t spend that much time at the hotel.

Cons:

The women Brittney at the check in was very rude and the other lady didn’t have a name tag. She took people 3 couples back and gave them there room keys even though others were waiting in front of them. I could not get the Wi-Fi to connect in my room. There was also an issue trying to leave the parking garage. I had to go back to the desk and get a voucher to get out of the garage or it would’ve charged me $70.

Good location and we loved Nesso but staff at Plat 99 consistently been rude every time we have stayed there.
Pros:

Walking distance to stadium and other downtown venues.

Cons:

Elevator was very slow and only one was working.

Nice hotel let down by no restaurant facility and excessive parking charges
Pros:

Room, staff all very good

Cons:

No restaurant is a big miss as wrong side of town if you dont want to go out. Breakfast pretty poor choice if want a healthy non sugery breakfast!. Parking charges pretty high, adding 25% to paying car park direct is a bit much!

Nice facility, not ideal time to use chemicals in a busy weekend.
Pros:

Convenient to my venue.

Cons:

Phone careers in the room did not work properly. Shower head was reported to staff as not functioning properly, air condition unit blows directly on the person in bed. Construction and chemicals ruined my overall stay. Fans and string smelling chemicals on floor three, staff used fans to blow the air from the glue on the baseboards.

We enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and nice. It was within walking distance of Gainbridge.

Cons:

The check in staff wasn’t very friendly and they didn’t disclose how much the incidental fee was when they charged my card. The bed was a little too firm.
