Basic budget friendly stay
Pros:

The location was great, right in town, easy access to Hamilton CBD. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were always clean and with fresh towels daily.

Cons:

Didn't like to step up to tiny ensuite and then step up again to the shower. It was cramped to move around in and slippery when wet. Not safe for older people and sharing with a family member (having to get dressed in the room, as the bathroom was too small). The door had gaps letting noise and light in from the corridor outside, didn't make me feel comfortable or safe. Breakfast was basic and overheated and dry the later you came down to eat (I came down at different times during my stay).

I wouldn’t stay again, the room I stayed in was old, outdated and the bathroom sliding door wouldn’t close
Pros:

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, good location

Cons:

Couldn’t close the sliding door to the bathroom, could hear people talking and walking up and down the hallway, our view out the window was the roof of a building that was water and green slime

Enjoyable and would return
Pros:

Location was great, hotel was nicely furnished (could do with a tv upgrade to a smart tv though) but still enjoyable without the added apps. Staff were lovely, hotel was easy to navigate and everything was within walking distance

Cons:

Gym could do with an update
Exterior doors of hotel rooms could do with a good clean

We have stayed at Ramada a few times over the years, but are going to look somewhere else to stay.
Pros:

Location was awesome, breakfast was cold & the second morning was close due to a stat.

Cons:

The bed was alittle uncomfortable & hook were broken to hang up the towels. Rooms need to be up dated.
