The staff is really nice, the room is huge and has a balcony, the location is great, very close to Manhattan with good connections.
The rooms werent cleaned as we'd like them to be.
Coffee was always on and fresh. Water for tea was hot. Breakfast was good also. Milk was available and refrigerated. Lids for coffee and napkins where plenty.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neat and we had a balcony. Shower pressure is excellent and the tub was deep if you wanted to take a bath. There is tea and coffee available 24/7 and a little seating area in the space. There is also a gem of an outdoor space with tables and chairs and a swing. The location was great, two blocks from the subway and lots of cafes, restaurants and stores within walking distance. Quiet at night. The underground parking garage can only be accessed by staff. The room was small but perfect if you only plan to sleep and shower.
One of our bath towels was bare in two spots, the towel holder was rusty, the mattress was super soft, and the AC doesn't stay on. There were only a couple of outlets in the room. There is only an outlet on one side of the bed and only one of the plugs is available because the fridge is plugged into the other one.
The location was perfect for getting on the subway to times square. Nice quiet location and the hotel was always clean.

Everything was perfect! The bed was very confortable, clean room, iron and hairdryer in the room. The metro station is very close to the hotel and the staff was also very hospitable!
The room was just fine, and had what is needed. The location is great for the money. Close to several metros, and a quite decent neighborhood.
There where no breakfast, and i am pretty sure they advertise it.
The roominess was great. The bed was large and very comfortable. The view of the city from the room at night was great. The bathroom also was lage and had nice shower and tub.

I liked the location and the housekeeping was very nice.
The room smelled like it had been smoked in. We paid about $80 for parking and the girl at the front desk didn’t give us any instructions how to get back to the hotel from the parking garage. The parking garage doesn’t belong to the hotel but I am writing our issues with the garage here just for awareness if you’re gonna use their parking. The elevator was not working so we had to take out luggage up the stairs. And since the girl didn’t give us instructions we had two walk up two flights of stairs to find the right one. There is no signal down in the garage so it’s best to get instructions before we go down.
