Not the worse, room is small and old. My bathroom’s shower was kind of clogged. Elevators take forever to arrive.

Nothing much to like about other than the complimentary coffee.

Cons:

Charged me deposit and promised to refund it after I leave, after 2 weeks no refund so I contacted them and they said they start the process of refunding and it has now been almost 2 months and still no refund. They stole my deposit.

Ottima posizione anche se non in centro, facilmente raggiungibile con la metro. Ottimi i letti, Sempre a disposizione caffè acqua calda e fredda, ghiaccio, the,...
Zona tranquilla e sicura. Personale sempre disponibile e simpatico. Di sicuro se dovessi tornare a New York ci ritornerei.

Cons:

La stanza per 4 persone è un pò piccola ma non è stato un gran problema perchè la usavamo solo per dormire.

Petit bug.J’ai réservé un chauffeur privé pour m’emmener a l’aéroport via l’hôtel, la veille de mon départ..Visiblement il y a eu un malentendu..J’ai attendu 20 minutes et je me suis organisé.

Overall awesome experience if you're looking for something cheap.
Pros:

The room was very spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. There was good water pressure and hot water! The view was beautiful from the balcony and we never heard any noise coming from outside. The entrance to the train to go to Manhattan is a few minute walk away.

Cons:

Only thing that did bother me was the bed sheets were some super cheap polyester that was super staticky.

Pros:

The room was a very good size, and the balcony had views of Queens Plaza and Manhattan. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and there were no unpleasant odors in the room.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi signal did not reach all parts of the room. Strangely, it worked very well in the bathroom, but the connection was very poor throughout the rest of the room. I think this is quite a significant issue, and I would expect the Wi-Fi coverage to be much better.

I would have liked the bedside lighting to be functional.

There were not enough power outlets in the room.

Hay café y agua 24 horas gratis para los clientes.
Hay paradas de metro a unos 7 min andando.

Cons:

En la ducha no hay alcachofa con manguera, entonces si solo quieres ducharte el cuerpo y no mojarte la cabeza es imposible ya que es fijo y no se puede mover.

Place was nice and clean. No issues. It's a smaller hotel but I only needed a home base where I could spend the nights as I was out and about during the day

Only thing was the website says parking is available but it's not marked. I had to call to get parking but it wasn't a big deal
