En general, estuvo muy bien. Buen servicio al cliente. La cama era cómoda y grande. El desayuno era buffet y muy variado. La ubicación es muy buena, nos pudimos movilizar muy bien desde allí.

Cons:

El baño tenía olor a humedad. Dicen que tienen restaurante, pero no funciona los fines de semana y aunque pregunté por este servicio antes de ir y me dijeron que sí tenían, no me especificaron que no funciona los fines de semana y yo tenía mi reserva en fin de semana, por lo que creo que no debieron omitir esa información. El desayuno es en realidad a las 7:00 am y no desde las 6:30, como dicen en algunos comentarios.

El personal es muy amable. Las opciones de desayuno son buenas. Lo que más me gustó fue que tuvimos que abandonar el hotel de la fecha inicial, por una situación familiar y no nos pusieron problema para reintegrarnos la noche que estaba paga. No todos tienen esa sensatez!! Me pareció muy bueno

Cons:

Las camas no eran muy cómodas y la habitación también tenía la luz muy tenue. Se dificulta hacer trabajos o leer artículos impresos
