Perfekter Urlaub
Pros:

Es war ein super Urlaub, der mit dem freundlichen Empfang an der Rezeption begonnen hat, und sich durch das ganze Hotel und Personal fortgesetzt hat. Ich habe ein so nettes Personal in allen Bereichen des Hotels schon lange nicht mehr gesehen danke. Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren hervorragend, und der Pool und Wellness Bereich sind sehr schön. Der Abstellplatz für die Räder sucht seinesgleichen, einfach perfekt. Man kann das Haus nur weiterempfehlen es passt Erbach alles für einen schönen Urlaub.

La piscina caliente y la terraza. El desayuno también Estaba bueno.

La atención de la secretaria. No dijeron que tendríamos una plaza de parking con nuestro nombre asignado y cuando llegamos tarde no había tal plaza. Nos dejaron dejarlo en el eléctrico.

Jídlo bylo moc dobré, celou dobu počítali s mou intolerancí. Celkově milý personál.
Wellness, bazén i interiér hotelu taky moc hezký.

Cons:

Pokoj byl dost malý, v koupelně chybělo světlo u zrcadla a odkládací prostor nebo skříňka.

Hotel eccezionale, questa sì che è vacanza!!
Pros:

Mi è piaciuta la posizione, la modernità degli arredi, la cura del cliente e la cortesia di tutto lo staff.
Nota speciale per il ristorante: veramente tutto squisito!

Cons:

Migliorerei l’attenzione nella pulizia mattutina delle camere e renderei consapevole il cliente che il noleggio biciclette ha un costo, perché a noi non era stato detto dalla ragazza in reception

Pros:

L’Alpinhotel Keil è una struttura di nuova generazione, moderna e minimale, che riesce però a creare un’atmosfera perfettamente integrata con l’ambiente circostante e con le splendide montagne che la circondano.
L’architettura dialoga in modo armonioso con il contesto, inserendosi con eleganza, pulizia e grande attenzione ai dettagli. Un hotel dotato di ogni comfort, con una SPA e una piscina esterna semplicemente magiche, perfette per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in montagna. Una camera arredata con gusto dotata di un terrazzo con un vista incantevole.
Ottima anche la proposta gastronomica, sia a cena che a colazione, e davvero eccellente lo staff: gentilissimo, presente e sempre attento.
Un soggiorno che ho apprezzato moltissimo e una struttura in cui tornerò sicuramente.

Cons:

Trovare un difetto è molto difficile.
